I was a pack a day for over 30 years. When I started vaping with 24mg it was perfect because I smoked it like my analogs - a little bit throughout the day.
Problem is that now I enjoy the vaping so much I'm doing it all the time and the nicotine is too much so I've had to go to 16mg and may yet still go lower.
Maybe it's because it's still a new toy and something new to do this too shall pass and I will go back to vaping on and off throughout the day.
It's just too much damn fun!
Maybe if I stopped buying new stuff the fun will wear off - nahh!!!!
