There are so many things about vaping that are awesome!

One that I just recently discovered is that when I'm golfing, I can just pull out my e-cig and have a couple of puffs, then put it in my pocket and take my shot. With analogs I'd light one only to take a couple of drags then have to figure out what to do with it when it was my turn to hit. Huge pain in the .... that I will never have to worry about again!

Well if this happens, you can kiss your favorite flavors goodbye. It will be tobacco and menthol only. Just like clove cigs and any other flavors are outlawed now.

Hmm, but what about when it comes to the myriad of pipe tobacco flavors? That really doesn't seem to make sense to me (the government that is, not you). Ban flavored cigarettes, but chocolate and vanilla pipe tobacco is fine...

I hate our government.

Frankly I think clove cigs smell bleeping obnoxious so part of me is glad they're banned. Cigs smell bad but I can tolerate them, cloves though are just a total assault on my senses, they overpower everything.

Can I ask if anyone has noticed using PG/VG causing inflamed or stuffed-up sinuses? I sure have for some reason-seriously bad. It's driving me a bit bonkers.

At first, I thought my sinues were opening up after quitting analogs and now think it might be PG/VG releated. I have tried a ton of juices and it seems that some are worse than others. Any feedback is apperciated on the subject.

Maybe you're all dried up.

PG and VG are both humectants, and they take water from you.
You have to drink more fluids if you're a vapor.

Yup same thing happened to me, keep at it, it will go away after your system gets used to it.

Yeah, I didn't understand that, not to mention flavored cigarillos and cigars as well. I can just see something like that happening, which would suck because I haven't vaped anything tobacco flavored since the first couple months I quit. I like my cinnabomb too much :p

How nice that my sister started vaping and talked my stepmother into trying it, so that I ended up trying it (just to shut them up, cause I knew that this wouldn't work for me either). How nice that it did work, and that two of my coworkers and quite a few students (adults) have seen this work for me, and that it has worked for them too.

one thing I don't miss is having to go out to the smoking area and being surrounded by questionable individuals.
That or being outside alone in a place that I would not normally want to be alone at. See this all the time at work with females going out alone at all hours of the night to get their fix.
There's more than just your health to consider when it comes to your personal safety when you smoke.

The Good
Get much more "work" done at work, which is a non-smoking/tobacco use campus at a company that makes instruments that help diagnose CANCER! I used to have to get in my car and go for a drive, then spend several minutes "de-smoking" before returning to work among all of the scientists that are dedicating their lives to improving the lives of patients with cancer. 30mins MINIMUM for a tiny little smoke break. Talk about guilt!

No more snakes! The night before I got my PV, I opened the door to go outside for a smoke, and there was a snake right against the outside of the door. A sign, perhaps, but I vape safely inside now.

The bad
I find that I have unwillingly become the spokesman for e-cigs at parties in the smoking area. I don't care that you tried the PV at the mall and it didn't work for you. My PV is working for me, and you can smoke as much as you want.

3 weeks without analogs - piece of cake!

telling people they stink when they come in from a smoke, then enlightening about the joy of vaping!!!

Good grief, no offense, but don't be one of those people. I always hated it when someone was smug and sanctimonious when they quit smoking. All it made me want to do was smoke more. You may be turning people off to vaping with your attitude.

Ive been vaping on and off since Christmas and for the last 2 months strictly vaping and I never realized how much more I could smell, I could actually smell grass being freshly cut around the block since I quit cigs and i havnt been able to smell that since I was about 16, along with scented candles and tons of other stuff
