Argh! I ordered my kit and goodies on Friday. Hopefully MLK day wont slow it down from coming on Tuesday. Wait..who am I kidding it's USPS..it will prob come next Friday.
Mark told me if I do not have my kit by Tuesday(b/c tomorrow is a USPS holiday) they will reship.
Let me just say, I don't even have my VK yet and I am -FLOORED- by the customer service. V4L is not at fault for my package not arriving on time, its USPS and I definitely do not expect any company to be like, "we will ship you a new one no problems asked." V4L did their service to me by shipping the product and honestly, its out of their hands at this point -- it's all USPS. V4L is seriously going above and beyond here!

I hate to wait for the mail lady, I am glad I paid for express shipping this time, as I did know Monday was a holiday for USPS. So I wont have to wait the extra 3-4 days for my package to arrive. I am gonna need nerve pills just to be able to deal with the wait of the USPS. I could imagine the look on the Dr.s face if I told him that!
