Mark told me if I do not have my kit by Tuesday(b/c tomorrow is a USPS holiday) they will reship.
Let me just say, I don't even have my VK yet and I am -FLOORED- by the customer service. V4L is not at fault for my package not arriving on time, its USPS and I definitely do not expect any company to be like, "we will ship you a new one no problems asked." V4L did their service to me by shipping the product and honestly, its out of their hands at this point -- it's all USPS. V4L is seriously going above and beyond here!
I am already sold on V4L and it is not even here yet!
