Its been the STM using the rba for well over 3 years now, first was 28/34 clapton...to big a coil to target 1.4Ω, then 30/34 but the 30 gauge lost its umph too quickly, now its 29k/34ss clapton thats a nice 2.5ID coil at 1.4Ω. My DIY vape been Hangsen desert ship or No5 or highway and RTS TA ever since I began DIY over 3 years ago with no end in sight of this blend. I have no preference for a hitter, just one that takes 2 batts and works. Since Provape closed so did my use of my provaris other than when we go out cause its my most reliable hitter. Same with rayon, been vaping 3+ years on it and unless a new earth shattering wicking material is discovered...rayon for life.

Life is too short to settle for a bad vape. That said, there are several set ups I enjoy and would LOVE to say are the all time best, but can find a nit pick fault here and there. For me, the all time best isn't even my MOST favorite mod but is consistently outstanding in any configuration I throw at it ... Billet Box ... currently running an Atmizoo VapeShell. Others I could and do live with daily and actually vape more than the Billet Box are various Provari, usually with a Kabuki tank and Nautilus coil. I vape non-flavored and it's all about the nic delivery for me. I want to tootle it slow, easy and cool but with density.

What's wta aroma juice??

WTA stands for "whole tobacco alkaloid". The basic idea is that there are other substances in tobacco besides nicotine, and these can have an addictive effect as well (for some people). So the WTA juice has some of the minor alkaloids found in tobacco besides nicotine. To me it provides a much more satisfying vape, without it I still have some issues with irritability and anxiety that nicotine alone just doesn't seem to fix.

I wouldn't suggest it if you're satisfied with pure nicotine. It's not the cheapest juice in the world. But if it just feels like something is missing in your vape, it can make a real difference.

actually those alkloids are naturally occuring ant-depressants found in tobacco, and is most likely why they quell anxiety and irrability, and why smoking maybe so addictive.

I understand that to be correct. I'm just going off of what I read on the internet though, I'm not a doctor.

What I've read is that they work by suppressing monoamine oxidase, which I think is a chemical that is produced naturally in the body. Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) were the first pharmaceutical antidepressants.

I've often wondered if it would help people quit if they were prescribed a low-dose MAOI to supplement NRT. But again, I'm not a doctor.

That's never going to happen. .I have seen this occur in 0% of cases. Maybe Emsam, at the lowest dose it has 0 interactions with food or other meds (heck, even at the highest dose, but the FDA wouldn't "go" for that, since they prefer the SSRIs).

You'd have to have a SUPREMEMLY knowledgeable doctor, and you'd have to really work at it. Although my family pdoc was willing to prescribe the kid Emsam (reluctantly) I'm fairly sure he wouldn't want me to have it.

That's what WTA is for, although mostly I used it during detox and gently weaned. I'm not entirely sure that subbing in an MAOI would be the greatest idea, most brains (unless there's underlying depression or anxiety) will return to homeostasis after a while.

If depression or anxiety do crop up, yes, a low dose of Emsam would probably be beneficial, but ah, good luck finding a doc willing to risk it. Emsam actually worked pretty well for my kiddo, although he's currently (doing well) off all pharmacuticals but it helped him when he needed it. Etc.

Eh, it was just a thought. I guess with all the potential drug interactions (I've heard MAOIs can be bad about that) it could be risky. A doctor would probably just rather give you Chantix or Wellbutrin if he wanted to give you something just to quit smoking. I just wondered because I've heard that while those drugs work they also make you basically hate your existence while they do their thing. I'm not particularly interested in that.

The one where you have to pull a 12 hour shift and forget your mod. Then come home and take a long drag. Doesn't matter what omh, juice or wattage lol. That's when it's most satisfying for me.
Agreed....and the amazing thing is how relatively easy it is to get through that 12 hr shift without vaping. Completely different than cigarettes.

That is the best thing about vaping for me. I do WTA almost exclusively. At the beginning it was on my mind that I might get hooked, but unlike cigarettes I go without it for long periods sometimes. It still surprises me that I don't yearn for it, the way I did the smokes.
It also constantly affirms to me why I detest BT so much....the real addictive side of smoking is artificially added...! One only really realises that when you stop smoking, and start vaping.
