The Mother of all Petitions - E-Liquid Ban Proposal

After hearing news about the EU's plans to ban or control e-liquid I believe users should pull together to fight it in a coherent manner.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...ke-eu-plan-threatens-ecigarettes-8554820.html

I've seen so many different petitions essentially requesting the same thing from the EU, but so many different petitions means that people's signatures are getting spread very thinly.

After searching for a while the most popular petition I have found is; Freedom of Choice for Smokers Petition - Please sign and share

Does anyone know a more popular one? Enlighten me if you do!

If not, we should ALL sign and share THIS particular petition. Even if you're not from Europe this could have severe knock on effects for the rest of the world.

Cheers

I quit q 40 plus cigs a day habit using e cigs and I am very happy.

Nicotine isn't actually really bad for you. No more so than drinking coffee.

These attempts at banning ecigs are hurtful to the people who want an alternative and tobacco Harm Reduction methods that helps people quit smoking and turn to alternatives that are up to 99% safer than smoking should be encouraged not discouraged. Really, we should call these Smoking Harm Reduction since most of the problems with tobacco are caused by the smoke.

More to the point, it's the same issue as American civil rights. The more little cracks we let the water seep into, the more gapping holes we will have in the long run. I have to say that the first step to allowing folks to take away all of your rights is letting them set a toe on the issue in the first place. Get interested and fight on what seem like even the smallest issues related to our interests, I guarentee you they will turn into much bigger monsters if left unchecked. Remember how the public smoking ban in the US started as a grassroots 'I don't like that' movement? Nuff said.

although i am only 28 years old, i've been smoking for 16 years. vaping is the only thing that has gotten me to quit. hell, when i first started vaping, i had no intention of quitting. to ban something that is as empowering as an electronic cigarette that actually works.. woosh.. i can't even.... jackie-chan-meme_reasonably_small.png
