I somehow got charged twice by them. I wrote them immediately after realizing it. I haven't heard from them yet.

I'm very patient though.

Sorry for the delay in responding but we needed to do a little research and the Holiday!

As per my records you started 16686 and was declined because of AVS mismatch. Because the billing address was incorrect. Incomplete order 16686 was deleted automatically (customer began new check out)

You started a second check out which was 16687 and then that order went through successfully! Meaning the address was correct.

When you attempt an order every time you try... your bank puts a hold on that money even if it wasn't successful. But what happens is when the money isn't claimed usually within 3 Business days the authorization drops. Therefore the money is returned.

If you attempt to run a charge and the billing address you entered does not match what your bank has on file.... our credit card processor denies the transaction (AVS mismatch) but your bank still puts a hold on that money. Since the second order was a success there is no reason to claim the first authorization and that one drops off usually within 3 Business days. Your bank should have told you this. Now remember there is a Holiday so the 3 Business days may be a little longer. I think the authorization will be dropped by Monday or Tuesday and call the bank for more information!

Yes they should have.
And yes, that's what I asked them when I explained what had happened. They had me thinking there were two Debits rather one being a hold. Anyway Thank you for giving me a very thorough answer, I appreciate clarity.
Now I'll go back to eagerly awaiting my package.:)
