I'm grading written midterm assessments (only 5 left!!!). Whenever I grade written midterms and finals, I tend to pay more attention to music. I'm not sure why, but it sure helps to keep my sanity.

Yep, the CD is "Raising Sand" and it's chock full of beautiful music by Alison Krauss & Robert Plant. A really odd combo but it works!

VG...I got my first Collective Soul tape when I was 16...I listened to it so much that I had to purchase a second tape because the first one snapped. I swear I listened to the first album constantly for over a year.....I just couldn't get enough. I've seen CS in concert more than anyone else over the years. I actually got to meet most of the band once when they played down in Atlantic City....they were nice guys....
