Emonty, there is no need to post here anymore regarding the Cafe Sumatra issue until we've met a resolution. I don't want to seem like I am trying to censor you, but it is only bringing negative attention to us regarding a flavor at the UK store (not USA store) that I am thinking might be a bad batch, and I don't want to drive away new customers as they often frequent supplier subforums, and a new potential USA customer might mistake our liquid as not being as high quality as it is, based on one bad batch for one flavor in the UK store. I asked Jordan to sample it and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. If you want to discuss the matter further, please bring it to PM or email. Otherwise, I will contact you directly once I have received more information. I assure you we are looking into the matter. We aren't just pulling your leg or leading you on. Please just be patient as I await Jordan's response.
I assure you the issue will be resolved in due time, and you will be pleased with the resolution. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority.
