My Odin serial number 0144 version TC6 has been a very important part of my beach trip since Tuesday. I haven't brought the mod it's on down on the sand, but it's been out to dinner every night, out to the shops, poolside and it's my been my favorite morning, kick me in the AYuss it's time to wake up vape.

Really am fortunate to have this BEAST of an atty in my possession.

Thanks Craig for one hell of a piece from every standpoint and TC6 for making it a BF AFC DC rda that I love.

when it comes to bottom feeding there are 2 different schools of thought, one is to have the bottom feeder feed a juice well just like a dripper would normally have, and the atty will then wind up working just as it did in drip mode, squonk, hit it ~10 times or till the juice well is depleted and then repeat. the drawback to this is the same drawback that the atty would have if it was being used in drip mode and that drawback is that the excess juice can leak if the well is full and the mod is placed sideways and the other drawback is the excess juice winds up getting cooked and tainted eventually

the other school of thought is a bottom feeder does not need any well holding juice at all, a squonk should saturate the wick and coil and then retract, leaving a dry deck with fully saturated coil and wick. in my opinion that is the best way because the best vape possible does not want a pool of juice, it just wants a wet coil and wick, vape suffers when the coil is sitting in a puddle and there is no advantage to vape quality with more juice and wick while there could be disadvantages, such as burnt excess juice and pooling juice at the coil.

Once you go to bottom feeder mods, you can't ever go back, vape is just superior. Had discovered on my own turbo's points about less wick and a dry deck, now I have a better understanding of why. Some really insightful posts in this thread, thanks a lot guys![emoji3]

Woods - prolly will not be any for a while, they are made in limited runs but I wouldn't let that stop you. Get yourself a LP REO grand and you'll be ready for any atty that exists or will exist

I'm just really set on a wooden REO. I have never been a box mod guy but and the wooden ones really appeal to me. It'll be wood or nothing for me. I am a patient man if need be.

I wasn't much of a box mod guy myself, it's why it took me so long to finally get one, funny thing is now I rarely use my tube mods anymore.

you can't even fit an odin, or any other 22mm atty on any stock woodvil. there all restricted to 14mm atties max unless you modify it, ideally replacing the whole 510 connector with something custom. not easy. if you want the versatility to use stuff like the odin you need an aluminum LP grand.

on the left is the stock woodvil atty connector, on the right is the size it would need to be just to be able to fit a 22m atty

TC6 (my new handle for turbo), brother, you are a beast. A legit, "I'm getting under the hood of this stuff and making it kick AYuss", fearless, mod and atty performance / function boosting / improving solid straight up BEAST.

you should consult for my struggling formula one team - Ferrari. We have arguably two of the best pilots to ever squeeze themselves into the cockpit but can't get a win.

TC6 for team racing and development boss.

oh man Russ, you flatter me wasn't looking to show off here, just trying to help and jax, you couldn't order a woodvil even if you wanted too, there done in batches, last batch of ~300 was the largest batch yet and it sold ~ feb I think, and there probably won't be another batch this year. last one was well over a year before that, so woodvils are fairly scarce and hard to come by, only way to get one is finding a used one for sale really

Kinda like darkzero. I miss that dude. I think that when the ayusshole, no skill profiteers cloned his jig he said F this place. He was also a straight up beast.

I can only imagine some of the bad AYuss stuff we would see if you were the showing off type

Nice, I gotta try some short horizontal coils in there, I'm so used to long coils I just automatically tilt them but shorter fits real nice there
