Chowderhead1972 does a super professional job. He's done a multitude of BF conversions for me and I can highly recommend Catfish Atty mods.

It's a lot easier than you think, everyone wants to drill a hole, it's stupid. The way to do it is to pull the pin, and put 2 grooves vertically, Top to bottom. Should look like a pizza with 2 big pieces gone opposing each other. Those allow juice to flow up, it's bigger than a single hole and you can do it with a dremel it doesn't even matter how good it comes out ; drilling the center requires a press really, and you can f'up kinda easy.

This pretty little thing is a 28AWG D/C twisted center-post t.m.c., 6/5x2, #44WG 2.1844 i.d., t.m.c. = 0.30Ω. She's sporting a healthy sashay of KGD and showed off every bit of it.
Got a little bit sloppy as started out too late on this one. Dual twisted 28 didn't want to sit down in that short Trident slot with four neg leads floppin' around. Done only about a half-doz or so of these but really starting to like 'em as t.m.c.'s. I love it when they turn blue.

Has anyone modes a TOBY ATTY for a REO? It seems like it would work well with less than a 1/16" drill bit thru the pin than a side bore at the bottom of the left post. Anyone?
Pull the pin and cut 2 vertical grooves in it, allows 2-4x as much juice to come in and it's easier to do, use a dremel wheel
