Can we anticipate a Platinum white Opus next?
I normally don't do white PV's. But I think a white Opus with the brass accents and the black button would look sexy as all get out.
I am pretty sure if you let the battery drain down to empty and then recharge it, it will reset.

...my only concern is that it may take a week before the battery dies with no atty on it.
No clue how to turn it off!You didn't turn if off by any chance accidentally did you? (Stupid question I'm sure you already checked). I had issues where my ohms meter and voltage were not showing correct numbers, both times draining it fixed the issue. But like you said, takes a while to drain it until there's nothing on the screen
You must be reading my mailJust pick it up and push the button every so often, it'll drain the battery faster.
Hey guys. Been loving the Opus D, got a red one on the last batch. I saw in the thread where someone posted that the display isn't showing the resistance (0.0 ohms), and I'm having that problem myself. It does seem to still calculate the resistance, I'm just not seeing it on the screen. I've got it drained down to where it will no longer fire and it reads "check battery". Is that the point where you should be able to plug it in and it will correct itself/show the resistance reading? Or does it need to get to a point where nothing is on the screen at all? Thanks![]()
Push the button every 4 minutes or so until the screen is totally blank and then charge it up. It will reset the board and you will be good to go.Hey guys. Anyway, if you have any hesitation about this mod, just buy it. Everything else I own is gathering dust.
SACRILEGE! 8-o... It's caused some extreme darwin neglect.
