Thanks!! I just grabbed one!!! Orchid 1 (x2) owner skipping to Orchid 4! yeah!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
Ha,must be a Columbus thing,i'm going the same,2 v1's,skipping everything in between and going for the v4 haha.
I could not agree more, this is almost the perfect atty now.To make it the perfect atty though, they need to build it with a glass tank. The only problem i still see is that kayfun quartz, the metal rings will still limit capacity just a bit,and for those who use vg heavy juice, those rings will make wicking harder.I found that out with the kayfun kit i had cut down, the rings are so very close to the chimney, that with 30pg/70vg i was getting dry hits pretty often, put the same base and coil setup back with the stock tank and it wicked perfectly.I think if they would take this version, remove the threads from the top cap and base, and add grooves for o-rings,add a quartz tank, then thread the top of the chimney like a fogger to keep it from coming apart, then it would be the absolute perfect atty, and would most likely be the best selling atomizer ever made haha.Finally. A longer chimney.
The Orchid is finally the atty it should've been from the beginning. This thing blows huge clouds, awesome airflow, doesn't leak, is easy to build on, and now has access to the huge volume of kayfun accessories out there. Custom glass tanks, top fill, dome caps... brass, copper, black... you want it, you can probably find it.
IMO, there is ZERO reason any other tank system should even be considered at this point, especially when you consider cost and the aftermarket.
Long live the king.
