So are you replacing the above the coil piece of rayon or just moving it? I would like to try this with my Prometeys.

I just moved it this time but replacing would probably be better.

That is so 2015. ;)
Back then we were doing it with the KGD... :w00t:
The Mummy wick. Hope you like it!!

Thanks TD, nothing new under the sun huh. :D I am using less wicking above then the folks in that thread but the results are about the same. Novelty or necessity, not sure yet. :w00t:

I played with the mummy wick for a while but went back to a regular wick. Enjoy and have fun, if it works out for you then all good! :D

Hi, I tried to understand most of the building and coils etc but it's all a bit overwhelming. I'm looking for a small tank for my istick (20w) that has a nice tighter draw and that I do not have to build lol... Am I in the wrong place?

An Aspire Nautilus Mini! Adjustable airflow fromtight, to tighter, to tightest. Excellent flavor & coils are readily available. I recommend the 1.6 ohm coils.

hi Kenna, Thank you for that advise, unfortunately I became frustrated with mini nautilus with leaking and still too airy on the draw for me and muted flavour :( its ok though I have since discovered Endura T18's and so now I think I am in my happy place! hahaha

If you so desire, there is an RBA available for the Nautilus, too.

I think this is a really handsome device and the board should be a great one. I keep looking at these and if I did not have my funds going into a different device here in a couple days I would be on board to pre-order one now. 26650, looks great, the new Dna75 board which I think is going to be the board to get in the mid power range.

Anyone else looking at getting one of these or a Dna75 of some sort?

Those of you that use both please give input:
What are the advantages to rayon VS JOG?
Some people swear by rayon; others by japanese organic cotton. It all boils down to preference since none of us vape identical each & every time. Sometimes I switch up. Today I may love rayon & tomorrow it taste funny.
Also, when it comes to vaping, there's always the new hotness right around the corner. Next week we may have someone vaping with paper towels & grocery stores won't be able to keep it in stock. :sneaky:
My suggestion- give them both a try & decide for yourself which one you like best.

I've heard bad things, especially that it's too tall and you have to add a (sometimes) included gasket to the top cap.
It's a tetch tall for the Nautilus Mini, but I threw an extra o-ring on the bottom (to keep from having to use the top spacer because it looks janky). I think that it works without spacers or additional o-rings on the full size Nautilus. I currently have it built to 1.3 Ohms in my Nautilus Mini on my Provari Mini. Works great! On my third tank.

I think I will be getting a DNA75, but it won't be this one. I think I'm finally ready for a fancy schmancy stab wood c-frame custom job...

Shawn Hoefer, is there any place within the U.S. that I can order a couple? Gift cards won't allow outside U.S. buying.

I have been using KGD for a couple of years. I have some rayon but have not ventured there yet. Can never remember do you wick it fatter?
Funny thing, when KGD first became popular the reviews on Amazon were like "great and soft on my face' a month or two later the reviews were like "holy moly blows big clouds" you gotta wonder what the Japanese ladies were thinking when they read those........

I do not blame you :) I was able to pick up a M17 for a very, very good price from someone who needed money in a bad way. Its waaaayyyyyy overkill for anything that I do but I just love the device and will probably never part with it. I would be just a teeny weenie bit happier if it was a Dna75 but ill get one of them at some point
