Okay it's definitely the springs being too soft. I put on the replacement spring using the 18350 mode, screwed the top and all it did was compress the new one making it look like the old one I had.

I haven't checked to see if they will fit yet, but if so, I may use Atmizoo springs in the Poldiac. I've tried both the new silver and the rhodium springs in my Roller, and they are very good.

i just picked up a 350 poldiac yesterday from a local b and m again here in LA, it came with 2 sets of spring, and a 3rd switch spring.....the 2 springs look different, the one for 350s is shorter....

Interesting, because I just looked in the parts section on the MM website, and they don't show different springs for different battery sizes.

My Poldiac goes everywhere with me along with the DID:) Here's one with the DID wearing some new Pyrex from Spectrum (sorry dspin) and sorry for the pic quality, light is pretty bad today.

View attachment 219464it came with the parts kit that comes with the poldiac... i bought both of mine from a store locally, not sure what mmv provides if ordered from them....the bag had some plastic parts, the silver plate for the screw, 2 different sized springs and the switch spring....
Weird how you got different sizes. Is the longer spring for a 500 or 650? If MMVapors say they made their springs a little thicker and stronger, it still doesn't keep it's shape. I bet if you were to take the spring on the right and put it on your 350 with a battery on it and top on, it'll flatten out just like the one on the left. It won't be a lot but enough to give a 500/650 battery tube/battery wiggle around when you do the swap

Looks to me like the one on the right is just stretched to remove battery rattle. I do the same thing with mine when I switch tubes. I have to stretch it a little on the 650 because I always leave the adjustable contact on the battery side tightened all the way in.
