It's the Poldiac top cap that appears to be the problem. All of my other devices (in sig) work with everything 510 I have. The Poldiac only works with the iGo-L and iGo-W. I really wanted to use the S on it, but the L looks decent and seems to work very well...just need to drill out the air hole a tiny bit.

Do what I said with the top cap. Use one that fits.

So I am no longer a poldiac owner, due to some JA hitting my car and driving off.. I had to sell her to pay for my bumper to get fixed.

I promise she is going to a good home and will be greatly loved :)

But I am still a fan :)

As long as you're okay healthwise, that's what is important. Can always get another Poldy in the future.

Can you explain what you mean. It sounds like you want me to put the poldiac top cap on a cheap mod (which won't work) and push and pull something.

No I saying use one of the mods that fits the poldiac top cap. Put some e juice on it. Turn it in all the way Then as you screw it in and out pull and push it up and down as you turn. Use light pressure at first. Check the atty that doesn't fit. You may need to repeat a few times.

Quick question/issue. My 18350 tube fits great, its snug and the pants are not loose. But when using my 18500 and 18650 tubes the pants are very loose and spin, especially the 18500 tube. Also when I tighten the 18500 it appears to be hitting the brass ring holding the button assembly in. This causes it to turn the assembly and cause the button to get stuck when I go to fire it. I assume hitting the brass ring is causing it not to screw in all the way and is the reason my pants are loose. Anyone had this issue? Can i sant a little off the top of my 500 tube so it can tighten in farther?

Make sure the brass ring is tight.take it apart and just screw the brass ring on. See how far it goes then screw in the tube assembly without the switch housing in see if it snugs up.

Hi All, have a bit of a problem with my Poldiac and hoping someone has some ideas. The problem is I cant get my Immortalizer flush with the top cap and still fire. I know the Poldiac has an adjustable pin. I figure if I seat the atty down flush and then adjust the pin up by half turns to meet it, it should fire right? For some reason, it doesn't work that way. I have to set the pin really high and then screw down the atty, with the result being a large gap between atty and top cap. Is there some kind of special technique that i'm supposed to be doing to set this mod up properly? And I dont have a problem on the battery side, as the mod does fire with the big gap.

Would appreciate any help. Thanks

not sure i understand... if it fires when the pin is raised all the way, and if the pin adjusts low enough that the atty will sit flush, there should be some position where the atomizer will sit flush and the pin will make contact. maybe just needs a little more fiddling?

also, make sure the top cap of your poldiac is always screwed on tightly - i thought i had a firing issue with my poldiac one time (did that always sits flush wouldn't fire), but it turned out that i'd unscrewed the top cap maybe a half a turn, and it was enough to break contact.
