What kind of voltage drop are you guys getting AT the coil on this puppy? I'm soooo tempted but honestly, my modified CCTS hits so well I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger. I personally don't care about the whole "status symbol" schtick when it comes to high end mods ... but it would be nice to gift myself something nice and purty.

There's a pretty big difference between the performance of the KTS and the Poldiac. A huge difference? Maybe not -- but it's measurable, and it's fairly significant. In my tests, the KTS carried 87% of the battery's voltage to the coil, and the Poldiac carried around 92%, if I recall correctly -- I don't have the Poldiac's numbers handy. That may not sound like a lot, but it's enough to be noticeable.

I always measure in percentages because trying to express the difference in volts is basically meaningless, and depends on the battery used, charge level, etc. Voltage loss of .3 volts when you're running 5 volts doesn't mean much, but it's huge at 3.5. Percentages are at least relatively consistent.

I'm new to all of this but I can definitely tell you, there's a pretty big difference in the kts and this Poldiac! The only two mods I had before this Poldiac was the KTS and the Z-max. I also have an AGA-T that I was using on my KTS. I put it on my Poldiac soon as I got it and it's like night and day! I didn't think it could make that much difference from one mod to another but it does!

Just showed up... And of course I love it... Much nicer in my hand than I could have imagined in any picture...

Had to adjust the center pin a bit to fire my genny, but it is working like a champ now...

Very happy camper!

Dam718, enjoy your new Poldiac. I've got a Super T ELA on preorder and and just trying to justify pulling the trigger on the Poldiac!!

This Poldiac has been a steam train vaping monster for the last 40 minutes! LoL, I guess you could say I'm enjoying it! A LOT!

Love it!

I just checked the MM Vapor website and it would seem they didn't have enough Unobtanium to keep the Poldiac in stock for long... No more in stock... But, a change I noticed is they will now let you pre-order, with apparently a 2 week wait.

And now it begins... Maybe he noticed my post about it being fun to wait and see when they come in stock...

With pre-orders, that wait list could get ridiculous, like it is for some of the other unobtanium mods. That was the one thing I thought was nice, they only sell what they have. If he gets a year worth of pre-orders, the Poldiac could become another Caravela... Although I think MM Vapor has a higher production capacity. Maybe it won't be so bad...

I had to adjust my center pin also a little. I really like that you can do that to make your atty set flush.

Indeed, the AGA-T looks really nice on top... Kinda wish the top cap of the AGA-T looked a bit different to give it a better profile. Smooth instead of the grooves at the top. Oh well, I can't imagine a DID vaping much better, this thing is making my head spin... LoL

Hey Tippit, you mentioned you noticed a difference between the Poldiac and the KTS...

I have a Chi Chi (CCTS) that I was using with my AGA-T. With a fresh battery at 4.2V, the Chi Chi was a bit harsh using a .8 Ohm coil... With a fresh battery on the Poldiac is seems a bit smoother. No harshness at all.

That has to be mental... If anything the Poldiac is throwing a tad bit more voltage to the coil. Maybe since I can see that it is physically more attractive I am okay with the throat hit having a bit of a kick... Heh

This thing really is a beautiful mod. Really impressed with the craftsmanship.

Yea, I really wanted to get the DID, I think it looks really good with the Poldiac. A lot better than the AGA-T.

Same thing here, it's crazy I know but mine would do the same thing. The KTS would be harsh at times. This Poldiac is so much smoother and puts out more vapor!

You may want to email them because it only took like 4 days to get mine. Well 4 days shipping,6 days total. I ordered on Saturday, they shipped Monday and it was scheduled to arrive Thursday. I didn't get it until Friday, but that's still not bad from Greece! If it's been 2 weeks for you I believe I would shoot them an email.

15 days ago i ordered a pete54 poldiac and still says "on backorder"

When i bought it it didnt say preorder, it said "in stock" hope they didn't forget about me
