I'll probably do that somewhere down the line but I have spent far too much money lately, and I still have a couple expensive things on my list to pick up.
Just cleaned all my brass contacts and wrapped a 3/4 28g coil on ceramic (first time running ceramic). I am seriously blown away! I'm not even at sub-one and I can honestly say this the best vape I've had.
I slammed some Good Life melon boba in the tank, not knowing what to expect. Kinda wish I had filled w/ Pluid or Maha Ras...
Anyways, had to brag a bit. If you are going to run a brass positive/centerpost and nut, these (
Pro-Grade Abrasive Fiberglass Pen : Fiberglass Pens | RadioShack.com) are handy for cleaning contacts.
I prob dissembler and clean my did once ~ a week. I'm running around 40 - 50 mils through it between a complete disassemble. It is kinda a pain but if there is any voltage drop at all (from batt to did's ground and centerpost) my meter isn't picking it up.
My only criticism of the did is there are so many tiny parts and you have to completely break it down to clean the contacts, or to give the tank a really good rinse. I mean I did have threading issues w/ the did on a P+ (hence the poldiac) but that is a easy fix w/ a 7 x .5mm adjustable die.
Haha, I know what you mean, these thing are not light on the pocket book. I have an ELA, Nimbus, SS Hornet and some Filipino drip tips coming, and that's just hardware. Maybe it's time to sell something...
