Did you use your new excavator/snow blower that you bought last year for the snow a few days ago? We didn't get hardly anything today but the wind is blowing so the wind chill is going to drop like a rock tonight and for the next couple of days. I think I'm going to stay home for a couple of days and sit by the gas fireplace with Mrs Punkin!

I was so looking forward to staying home tomorrow (my normal day off), but got asked/told I have to come in. I did make him agree that it's only until the mail is up (sorted to the carriers).

Chick waters not frozen. Not bad for wind chills of - 15 setting out in the run on the ground unprotected. Money well spent. Should have got one years ago. It doesn't have the floater attachment Which is good the ducks would have it out of the tub.

Nope. I do feel a bit useless though. I need to find something to do. Volunteer, something.

You could try trap shooting but I would strongly advise waiting until the Spring!

I also need to find an indoor hobby or something to do during inclement weather. I have a part-time activity but Jameson isn't very inexpensive.

I had leftover pork roast sammiches. The Giant had whole pork loins for super cheap, picked up one a bit over 8 lbs for about $11, cut it into about 5 pieces and cooked one of them yesterday. YUM!
