Just stop...
Since I wont tell my secrets to "Soopa Doopa Tastey Burgers" ( a few "funny" friends renamed them STD Burgers :glare:)

I have an unnamed casserole for you, and more recipes will follow in time. :D

-Boil either two small packs, or one large pack of Mahatma Yellow Rice
- Dice 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast or tenders, sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper
- Melt down a few tablespoons of butter, add in one or two heaping tablespoons of minced garlic (not the dehydrated stuff)
- before the minced garlic turns brown, add the chicken and sautee'
- either steam or boil a pound of broccoli
- Mix the cooked rice and cooked chicken, and cooked broccoli into a 9x13 casserole dish, mix in one can of Cream of <something> soup. Cream of broccoli, chicken, and mushroom work really well (just not together)
-Mix in 8oz of sharp cheddar cheese
- Flatten the mixture into the casserole, cover the top with the remaining cheddar cheese, cover with foil, bake at 350 until all of the cheese has fully melted
- Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese BARELY browns around the edges.

Enjoy!!!!

Ok, Wing recipe...

If you use full wings, separate each section at the joint, remove any feather bits that might be left.

-Sprinkle with ground cheyenne pepper, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- place into hot oil until crispy and fully cooked, -OR- grill 'em!.... -OR- grill them THEN fry them! You get the smokey yummyness of the grill with the crispy yummyness of fried!!!

-place cooked wings in a large mixing bowl lined with paper towels

***now, for the wing sauce***
-Empty a small bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sauce into a small pot on medium heat.
-Stir in a tablespoon of minced garlic (not the dehydrated stuff), crushed red pepper, and onion powder
-Mix in butter until you reach a spiciness that you are comfortable with.
-Continue to simmer on low heat for at least 10-15 minutes. This will give the flavors of the pepper flakes and garlic time to seep into the rest of the sauce.

- Remove paper towel from the bowl of wings
- poor sauce over the wings, and toss/mix well.

Grab a glass of milk and some cornbread, and make a mess!!!!

I must apologize, I do not know a recipe for my Slap Yo Momma Red Beans and Rice... I dont know it, because there isnt one. I can tell you what I put in it, and rough amounts, but I dont know exacts. its a "shake until it looks right" kinda recipe.

Rinse and soak 1 pound of dark red beans for 24 hours
Add the beans to a crock pot with about 6 cups of water
add one smoked ham hock
pour in Frank's Red Hot Sauce to taste. Add more ground cheyenne pepper for more of a kick.
Put in about 2 table spoons of fresh minced garlic. Plus garlic salt and black pepper.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours, DONT TOUCH IT.
After 3-4 hours, stir everything, but try not to break apart the ham hock.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. (I always end up adding more cheyenne and garlic)
Add water to keep all of the beans submerged.
Stir every hour or so until they are as cooked as you like. (I usually cook mine about 9 hours)

Ive also added diced ham, Italian sausage, and smoked sausage into the mix, all variations are delicious.

Low Country Boil

HOW TO BOIL CRAWFISH
STEP 1: Wash crawfish thoroughly with running water, removing any that are crushed. We usually soak them in a sanitized tub in salted water.

STEP 2: Fill a large pot with enough water to cover crawfish. Add your favorite dry crawfish boil. We use half Slap Yo Mama & half Louisiana brand. We also add one small bottle of liquid boil. Bring water to a rolling boil.

STEP 3: Place crawfish in water, cover, return water to a boil, & boil approx. 1- 2 minutes. Turn off fire & let crawfish soak for 15-20 minutes depending on the amount of spices desired.

STEP 4: Prepare vegetables while crawfish are soaking. The standard favorites are corn-on-the-cob and potatoes but you can also try mushrooms, carrots, whole onions, whole garlic, and any others of your choice. Boil the vegetables in the water after removing the crawfish, keeping in mind they will not take long to cook and they soak up the spices quickly. Start the potatoes first and add the others right before the potatoes are almost fork tender.

STEP 5: Remove crawfish from water and place in an ice chest.

STEP 6: Place the lid tightly on the chest and let the crawfish steam approximately 15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the vegetables
At this point we dont want the spicy water to go to waste, add some smoked sausage and boil until.shrimp is.done.

STEP 7: Crack a cold beverage, plenty of paper towels and enjoy.
