Well, spent the last 2 hours reading about DIY. That's all the time my brain will let me spend on it today

and something to measure with, such as syringes (Amazon), and some bottles to put it in (Amazon).
If you don't feel comfortable with 100mg nic, don't buy it. I vape 3mg right now, and buy 24mg nic. I liter will still last me a year.
So, I now owe like $17,000 in medical bills because my doctor's office cannot figure out how to do the coding correctly so the insurance company pays for it. And now it's my responsibility to call both the doctor's office and the insurance company to straighten it all out?!

I don't drink anymore, and really, I hate Kahlua, but after 3 hours on the phone with my dr's office and my insurance company, I may just start again....
Hope you can get the issues with your Dr.'s office sorted out...that sounds really frustrating what you're dealing with.
