Im soon going to place new order for juices , vapor..... liquids are in the list aswell some liquids i need to try from bwb :) the problem for me is till these date theres nothing i enjoy more than unflavored lol

You might give Mountain Oak Vapors a try. Their tobacco flavors are good, and ready to vape. They quick-steep the juices before sending them out. The sampler pack is pre-made, but only comes in 18mg.

I just noticed on the vapor..... site a new category called Beta Lab and a new flavor called PY4,which they describe as "Beta version of our "Pancake Y4" Flavor",very interesting to say the least:ohmy:

So, I was a vapor talk Dulcis girl from the start, now I cannot get ahold of that juice, it is always out of stock. What would you suggest I try to replace it? I have no clue where to start. I appreciate any help.

Maybe it's an age and/or gender thing (I'm a 61-yr-old grandma), but that name really puts me off. I came of age during the 60s and am not a prude by any means (indeed, I'm pretty liberal-minded and can cuss with the best of them), but I still can't get past that word.

This is from one of the owners of Vapor........ "We are not calling women .....es, we are merely taking a name that has fairly recently been taken off the "offensive public language list" and using it in a fun way. In fact, a woman (My Wife - a co-owner) was one who helped us with the name. I hope people can lighten up a bit and see us for who we really are and not just jump to offended mode." ......Like I stated before to me a bad word is a bad word and if you use one or two maybe three but single out one or two maybe three as being worse than others.... that would be hypocrisy.....

I don't have a dog in this fight, or perhaps I should say, I don't have a female dog in this fight, but I do think that using a somewhat controversial word in the name of one's business is definitely not playing it safe (unlike what so many businesses strive to do---offend no one at any cost). It seems to me, however, that by choosing the "fun way," as the owners of VB stated, they're taking a calculated risk that might pay off handsomely---along lines of "all publicity is good publicity" and "I don't care what they write about me as long as they spell my name right." On the other hand, the name choice might backfire, causing VB to lose potential customers through alienation, and in a way where they'll never even find out about those lost customers, since most people who are put off by the name won't say so, they'll just never buy anything. So, it's a roll of the dice---maybe a very savvy move, and maybe a very dumb one. I don't know which.

What I do know is that VB makes a darn good RY4. LOL.

we are merely taking a name that has fairly recently been taken off the "offensive public language list".

Hmmm, I must not have gotten the memo about that, was that an act of Congress or what? :)

and using it in a fun way

I think fun is like taste, it's a very individual experience. I still vividly remember the crude pornographic images that I would sometimes find in my workspace at a job I had back in my 20s where I was the first woman in the department. "edit" was one of the words that annotated the images. The man who left those images for me to find probably got some sense of satisfaction and pleasure (i.e., "fun") from doing so, but it most certainly was not a "fun" experience for me.

I hope people can lighten up a bit and see us for who we really are and not just jump to offended mode."

It's interesting that the assumption is that I "just" jumped to being offended at the mere sight of a "bad" word, as if there's absolutely no reasonable basis for reacting to their use of that word as anything other than "fun." Anyway, "offended" is actually not how I would describe my response, I would say it is more like jarring, it rocks me back a bit and gives me pause, and I seriously doubt that I'm the only woman who has that reaction.

I think that what is getting ignored here is that "edit" has some very not-so-fun connotations (especially for many women), e.g., when a man and a woman get into an argument and he hurls the word "edit" at her, he's most certainly not using it as a "fun" word, he's using it as a way of shutting her down, perhaps even as a threat. Vapor..... decided to ignore that part of the emotional content of the word "edit" in their desire to have a catchy, memorable name. That is certainly their right but I don't appreciate their attempt to belittle and dismiss me as "just" an uptight "edit" because my experiences with that word lead me to not react to it as a "fun" name.

After those last exchanges, I had a hunch you might show up, classwife. Thank you for your very measured restraint. I was watching the speedometer climb with some concern, a bit worried that we might get hauled off to the hoosegow. I'm relieved that we got off with only a warning.

The Big RY4 Roundup thread may end at some point, but I'd like it to due to old age and feebleness, not assassination or suicide.

Whew! I just rushed an email to Isaac to find out if I was crazy and if there were indeed two IKV RY4s! Glad you cleared this up, Bill.

Bill and Katdarling

Thought I already posted it but I said that my IKV RY4 didn't have Gold written on the bottle anywhere. I bought a bunch when he first introduced it. That was why I thought when people just mentioned "Gold" they were talking about something else. Looking at the bottle right now, nothing saying Gold on it. OK, that should clear that up.

Ok, the jury has returned after a month of deliberating, and the verdict is... BWB RY4 is truly, truly awful. I just don't get what all the fuss is/was about. So, since the region-free Iron Sky blu-ray is finally out (Amazon UK, but int shipping is surprisingly cheap), and I'd rather have it than everyone's beloved brew,(MODERATED):) Goin' out to run errands tomorrow, so can fire it off then.

On a completely unrelated note, I've ordered a couple of RY4 samples from ECBlend, one regular, one "Smoky," with double-extra-flavor! lol Really looking forward to trying them out, especially the smoky blend, which sounds great, at least from the description. If anyone can confirm that their tobacco flavoring is not nutty/piney I'll be very happy to hear it. Didn't see a single review saying they were, but ya never know.

Oh, hey. Last I checked, Good Prophets is once again having a sale, and their Caramel juice is 1.99 for a 10ml bottle. As I mentioned before, it's actually really pleasant by itself if you're bored with RY4 sampling and just wanna enjoy yourself for a spell.
