I inadvertantly ruffled Jen's feathers with one of my comments. For that, I apologize.

I don't apologize for being totally frustrated with the current system. I'm frustrated with corruption, graft, and cronyism and how it is hurting my family. I never begrudge anyone receiving the help they need.

I hope that clears the air. I'm striving to dwell on the many positives rather than the ugly negatives. I'm human and I slip sometimes.

How y'all be? Good, I hope! :toast:

Like I told Ed, no worries, Tripp. I was being an over sensitive girl and just voiced a little frustration that wasn't really directed at you. As somebody that has always pulled their own weight, the situation I'm in currently stresses me the eff out and I take comments like yours and all the crap my family posts on FB to heart.

Howdy, Scott!
Our Oscar look alike barn kitty has turned into a king of the castle house cat now that he had the little snip, snip. He peeks his head out the door and turns around and goes back inside. Can't believe how sweet he is, he was so wild for the first two years he was around.

My husband goes through the same thing. He built bridges for years in the union, made good money, life was sweet........then he got injured. They did cover his medical under WC, and he did go back to work after the first two surgeries, but they botched the third. Bad. He told them in recovery there was something wrong with his leg. It would have been fixable but due to the red tape of WC, it was over two years before they'd approve going back in to fix it. By then the damage was permanent. At 35 he was declared disabled. And because of his age, every two years we jump through hoops with medical exams and determinations of continued status. We are just now beginning to rebuild our life after losing it all. Big hugs to you, Jen, even though I don't know you. Its so hard sometimes for people outside to understand.
