Reo's typically mail M,W,F. They do need someone there to sign for it or the PO will hold it hostage until you come in to sign. Some postal carriers will allow you to leave a pre signed card if you trust it not to disappear before you get home, but you will have to make arrangements with your carrier ahead of time.
