ya restocking my kitchen has been my latest adiction
it's exciting to get new gear- love to cook.
I wish cleaning my kitchen (and the rest of the house) was my latest addiction!

I went on that path a little. I got a nice daily set of silverware last fall. So nice to not have such a random drawer! Pots and pans were many many mixtures of hand me downs and stuff, now it is all nice new stainless. I also got a big boy knife set. No idea how I lived before! The utensils are next. I got a bamboo set, and some other pieces need to be replaced, spatula, etc.
ya i needed some plastic/rubber stuff so i dont scratch up my non stick pans
I got a Thermopen thermometer a few months ago and now that I have it, I don't know how I got along without it. its extremely accurate and fast. $19

We are getting another 6 - 9 inches of snow today and I am playing hooky from work. We tried to get to work this morning, but after an hour on the road we had made it less than half way there and with things getting worse throughout the day we decided to turn back.
Fun, fun, fun...now off to blow snow for a while. Be safe out the friends!

We're all crazy. I did that a few years ago. I get on these kicks. Had 6 dogs at one time. We're down to 4 now. Had 3 aquariums, 1 was 110 gallons. I guess now it's Reos.

Be careful out there everybody! Concentrating on cell phone conversations has taken the place of focussing on driving.
I didn't get a woodvil.. BUt........... I got a beautiful old cast iron clawfoot bathtub for OUTSIDE.....I live remotely, so I had the outside of the house plumbed for both hot and cold water spiggots......
.......cuz it's been my PLAN for a while to lay in a big bathtub, outside, in the woods and bathe under the sky and trees.
So I finally got the old clawfoot tub out here, all I gotta do is wait for the weather to get a little warmer, then I will be laying in the bathtub (it's amost 6' long!) and reading outside soon!!!!
Oh my word, i envy you SOOO much! That's my exact idea of heaven on earth!!!!!!

No I am to hard on things to get a wood, would really like one though.
