Evening everyone, hope your all fine
Can anyone help me with info on the storage of unflavoured pg nic, in a freezer
Namely
How long will it keep for ?
Is it best to store it in the plastic bottles it comes in, or in glass bottles ?
& any other info, that may be relevant
Frank

I get the 12 pack of 15ml Boston Round bottles from Amazon- it's a crapshoot if you get the right caps though. boil the bottles, fill, cap and in the freezer.

the last I knew, can get a few years storage.

Rain here - lots of snow elsewhere. If you are elsewhere -- be safe and hang in there -- one more week till Spring is sprung!

I'm thankful for the rain here -- a recent chimney fire in my area has left lots of sooty residue on the sidewalks. :glare: My doggie girls paws, which are usually white and cream color, where so black from soot I had to put them on the grooming table as soon as we got back from our walk and give them foot baths!

A soot free Wednesday to you :toast:

I'm wanting to get 3-4 litres of 70mg nic, for long term storage, before the eu draconian rules come into effect.
So it's gonna need to last for a few years
Frank

Make sure you fill the bottles as full as possible. Not good to have trapped air.

I freeze mine. They have tested and it should last you as needed.

I use dark/amber bottles also. And put the bottles in a ziploc bag for safety.

Make sure the bottles are labeled so there is no mix-up.

Karen i bet your anxious to get home ?

Evening Scott.

Yes I am as always. The extra hours are a pain in the ... though. Especially not knowing how long it will be. I despise the "window" time frame that repair people must use. I totally understand it but still don't like it!

I always have my stuff here packed and ready to leave by 8 a.m. Everything is clean and tidy and I am finished. So tomorrow my waiting window is from 8-12. If he comes at 8 that would be great! My luck he will come at 12!

No one else will be here so I will just have to sit and watch tv and wait.

HRH got a new food mixer about 2 weeks ago - she says it's the same as a Kitchen Aid one, which tells me nothing - but it apparently makes a great mix for an almond cake she makes.

I think she now has every kitchen appliance i can imagine, from popcorn makers to soda machines to god knows what. Since i am banned from there anyway, it's not an area to which i pay particular interest!

Wotcha Scott!

You go steady on all that kitchen gear - it's expensive, well at least the gear HRH buys is. I bought some knives for her that cost me a a high 3 digit number

For 6 of them! No sharpener. Just the knives. I preferred my old gear, long since relegated to a drawer someplace. The worst it would do would bruise you.

The worst weather pattern of the year has arrived- Spring Winds. My Home sits on unobstructed slightly higher ground. I can see for well over a mile over lower lying pasture lands to the west. And the Woods Line on either side funnel the wind into my subdivision. In the ten years I've been here, it's always "Uh-oh" when the winds start to howl this time of year. There have been spring storms that have rolled through here, and afterwards everyone comes out with flashlights to assess the damages. I've been fortunate so far, only minor siding and some occasional roofing shingles, but I have neighbors that have had trees split, and roofs torn open this time of year.

I have friends who went from Wells (maybe?) to Scarborough/Portland on bikes early autumn last year- said it was gorgeous.

Excellent! I'm curious to see how the trail passes through the Scarborough Meadows. It's got to be breathtaking! I'm guessing elevated boardwalk so as not to impede the water flow. Also, Im always fascinated by the history of rail/trail conversions. I'll have to look it up and see if that was an old rail line. Sometimes as I peddle along, I think about the railgoers who over a hundred years ago enjoyed the same sights.

Well, I managed to get myself some extra work hours tomorrow.

The washer stopped working here at work. A quick call for repair and given some times, both were when no one is here. So I agreed to stay till the repair man comes and leaves. Either that or wait a week for him to come.

Hope he gets here early!

Snow is blowing sideways in the wind! Not sticking yet. Man that wind is fierce!

I'm glad you don't have to travel in that stuff sweetie! And I hope it all passes before you have to. :)
