You know what though, I talked to two people today at the blood drive. And I swear one of them is gonna end up vaping full time. She gave me her email and wants me to help her get started. I am working on getting her all my favorite websites and information. I sure hope it helps her. People can see how passionate I am about vaping I guess.

Oh I get so excited. I've gotten 5 people so far to start vaping. Which isn't bad for me since there is not a lot of traffic in front of my recliner. But it is the best feeling in the world. (almost) I have one friend that has copd and you would not believe the difference it has made to her. Her doctor is amazed. She no longer has to use inhalers or taking some of her medication. The doctor told her to keep doing whatever it was she was doing. I think it is wonderful.

We've converted about 5 too...well, 4 now. One of my dear friends passed away last month from a massive heart attack...and she was our first convert. I'm just glad that we were able to help her find a way to replace her smoking habit for a few years. She really felt good and was so proud of her accomplishment.

Lisa, so sorry about your friend. I know I just lost a ecf friend not long ago and not a day goes by that I don't think about him. But you know what? It almost gives me even more reason to help people I know or even complete strangers. Just a small way of trying to do good I guess. I know beyond a shadow of doubt if my mom was here, I'd be making her juice and she would have a woodvil before me. heehee

1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 pound dried split peas
1 pound ham bone
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
a pile of Garlic
some shredded or diced carrots enough water to cover it all plus a bit the peas soak up a lot

cook the living sheet outa it till the peas break down I like mine so thick the spoon will stand up in it and eat :)

I usually make way more than that when I make it but thats a good base to work from and my favourite is green peas

Darrel...I like the amount of garlic in your recipe..I put that same amount in recipes that call for it:D

Hey, I have a non-bacon related question. :) I was at CVS tonight and the cotton was in a roll. Is that what people use in their coils? $6 was to high for me unless there is a good reason why I can't just use 100% cotton balls. Which I thought all cotton balls where all cotton. Someone said to burn a piece of the cotton ball to find out if it is 100% cotton. ??? I should be getting my 28 gauge Kanthal Wednesday and I need to get prepared.

If you decide to get the CVS..one box will last a lifetime even changing the wick daily...ask me how i know:laugh:..I'd be glad to send you some to try.
