Great start to the day. I was walking down the driveway to put a package in the mailbox. My ankle turned and I fell flat on my face. Ruined my glasses, scraped up my face and knees and wrenched my back. What a way to start the day.
That is a rotten way to start a week! Sorry to hear of your fall and injuries. Hope you feel better quickly!

So the feed comes up through the posts? Interesting...see, I know next to nothing about other RBAs. 
I have three of those v5s sitting in a box. Haven't felt the need for duals since I got my Grand but might try it. Did the center pin drill easily?

The feed holes are a little tougher, had to drill them with the base at an angle to miss the well lip and get it placed as low as possible...
The V5 was my favorite RDA for a while, preformed well and was cheap
so I figure it should do well on a LP Grand...

I used the heck out of one of these for a while also and really liked it. I think we got them in the same co-op.
Update to my fall this morning. My right and and wrist is the most sore. Probably from trying to catch myself. Ankle good, back is just a little stiff. Here is my face.

OUCH! Your glasses probably added to the injury too. Good thing the lens didn't break.
Keep the ice on the ankle and wrist as often as you can. Take some ibuprofen if you can tolerate it. That will help with inflammation and pain. Your back will probably hurt more tomorrow. Again the ibuprofen will help that also. Take it around the clock if possible. Follow directions!
I hurt just looking at you and knowing what happened. Falls are so very dangerous. Especially as we age.
Hope you get past these injuries quickly! ((((hugs))))
I just got done telling my wife I'd probably hurt more tomorrow. Thanks for all the advice. It looks worse than it is. And yes I was lucky. It could have been so much worse.

My advice though: lay the ankle over one of those margarita bags that is cold and slushy, put another over the wrist, put a double of whiskey on the rocks in the good hand. Keep six pack of beer and 5th within arms reach, near the remote.
Threaten the wife with that phone call to the police if she doesn't keep the bags swapped out for you, or if she forgets to get you snacks.
Apply the beer/whiskey as required, wrist/ankle should reduce in swelling, and your face will numb up a bit, so you won't care.

Unless you keep some muscle relaxants in the med chest, make sure to soak in a nice hot bath before you go to bed. Epsom salts if ya got em. It really will help the ibuprofen keep you from having more pain tomorrow. Good luck and prayers that you heal quickly!
You look much better than one of my family did when he did a full face plant. No hands to break his fall: one was holding the leash to the doggie and he just didn't break his fall at all.
Good afternoon everyone good Job Blue I had an accident today too I figured I'd be a smartazz and drive a ride on lawn mower into a guys truck well i flipped it over backwards thankfully I was able to flip it to the side with my feet it was good he still bought it
