That is so sad....I would be devastated if someone did that to my little Libby. I do try to address the issue when she is barking and get her inside...but she is a dog and when kids are out playing or neighbors having a fire she will bark..it's her way of talking to them.

Oh I know...there's something wrong with the guy. What has us upset is it could have been us. We live right across the street from the guy. Our dogs are loud. Wayne was wondering if it would be okay with him to shoot his Harley on Sunday morning... or his truck for that matter...he likes to start them up and rev them up at the crack of dawn for some reason, leave them idling for about half an hour then shut them off. Noisy dogs, noisy rigs....what's the diff, right? Funny, our other neighbors at least have the balls to TALK to each other when their dogs get to be too much.

I'm just lost for words reading this Lisa and bein a Dog lover extremely mad and upset I'm so glad all my neighbors have dogs and know that sometimes they bark because they are just dogs and that's what they do!!

Dog barks all night long. I'd take my lack of sleep out on the owner, not the animal. Dog bites child - that's what dogs do

I blame only the owners, dogs are not legal entities.

It is what it is. I'm glad I now know what kind of person lives next to us...and honestly, I'm even more motivated to move. There isn't anything I can do about it...but be much more aware. I hope I never see that freakshow again.
