Wouldn't be too hard to create a small frame which would
hold the gizmo and the fishing reel in the proper orientation.

Yes, I have pondered options and know that I might could figure something out but the cushiness of the grip, trigger finger and way it just naturally becomes self supporting / "hands free" when wedged between me and the gizmo make it real simple to use.

What's funny is that I used a humorous tone in that vid but that little setup is a game changer. It introduces so much precision and control that it's silly how well one can coil with it
