I like the plot of the story very well plan. Although is short but they implant e-cig.
I think they never use e-liquid to refill and so half way the guy vape with not much vapour.
For the whole story movie if u all notice, they are blending in e-cig as alternative. He also mentioned to police that he don't smoke but the scene before he enter the party he light up again. I guess that e-cig was a hassle and so they let the character smoke again.
There is one part which is good when that
Guy say alex smokes have black teeth but he mentioned that he quit and uses e-cig and so no black teeth.
I guess he also wash white his teeth when he do his face surgery.

Except vapers rarely (and don't have to) give up the habit. That's why they work. What they give up is the smoke and greater health risks!

I think the point of his lighting a real smoke at that point was to say dangerous or not, This is what i want to do right now, or that was the impression that I got, that he was literally saying I will do what i want when i want kind of thing.

With that point or not, I think he shouldn't smoke back in the movie as i felt that he shouldn't. I thought that e-cig was suppose to be the cigarette replace and he mentioned to the police that he is not a smoker and even tell the mobs that he quit smoking and vaping e-cig.
Didn't Angelina Jolie pass him back his language bag with the money and the e-cig? Lol
He mentioned he used the money to buy the white suit. He should have buy the e-liquid to refill.

Well I agree with you, but i can also see it from the standpoint of depp and the writer. The ecig may be a replacement, but it has not had 100 years of Western novelleas,and other Movies, tv shows that make the people who use it look like a bad ..., not yet. At that part was the point where the new guy was getting ready to say the old one is still in here.

Great to see e-cigs featured anywhere in the mainstream but I couldn't help being amused by the type of e-cig he was using. Don't get me wrong...I think I understand why they had him use the analog equivalent form. I just couldn't help thinking...just starting out on your e-cig experience, eh Johnny? Nothing like sucking your brains out in hopes of seeing a wisp or two of smoke

One day someone in the vaper community will meet the prop guy for The Tourist and find out what the process was for picking out the e-cig and how many they had sitting around the days he'd use them.

The cig he is smoking is the Smoker Haven from Malaysia. Anyone ever hear of it or better yet tried one?
