MoonMan: HOWEVER, if someone offers me an excessive amount for one that makes me take some interest...I'm not THAT busy, LOL

Ok lets talk turkey!! What would be a price that's worth your time? $75? $100? I am sick and EFFing tired of refilling carts. I drive at least 50K miles a year for my job and I really need something that I can just pick up and vape on. (Almost wrecked my truck a while back trying to refill my cartridge) My JB is on order but we all know that situation.

Let me know!!

Every auto-feeder I have seen including the CarlosJB has flooding issues. Does this one?

As I just said a couple posts up, no. You can flood it by pumping it too much, but it will not flood on its own as it does not actively draw juice from the supply, only from the cart.

It's technically not an auto-feeder, it's a manual feed that you control. Auto-feeding just seems excessive to me when you can simplify and just give something like this a squeeze to top off the cart every now and then.

Only if it gets pumped too many times. You get used to how to use it pretty quickly - take a few puffs, pump it once or twice. Repeat.

Hi MoonMan

First off, Well done,I love it and I am adapting it for many mods

A pv that you dont have to keep re-filling Nah!!! ......Yes

I was so impressed with the multifunction of this device I just had to build one,I hope you dont mind?

I hope to build more and sell them or give them to friends as I personally think it does do away with all the things that 1st put me off of vaping....
.... especially on the move.

I have changed a couple of things to suit my style.
First being the momentary push button placement and upgrade, I thought I had got it wrong, but it works better in my mits and in my left hand my ring finger reaches over to push button I also put a led near the connector / atty as the switch was tempormental at first but the intensity of led is to much so I have black taped a peep though slit over it for now, I will change it out soon though.

Battery wise
I get about a whole day vaping on this, though its hard to judge as I use 2 UPAC's in tandem (camel 1 ryo4 2) and never go out without them
Juice wise
I get about 4/5 days of vaping the 4ml juice in each alternating both upac's

Carts etc
I drill the cart at the bottom so that when you start to run dry a small amount of pump will add juice and air to release any back pressure and after a while you get used to the amount of times you need to pump..

One thing it seems a hell of a long time between pumps and seems like its almost on auto.

I use a blue plug but do not prefill.. using blue plug with straw (looks like the airgun dart) it will run through hole, leaks

So I attach tube (no leaks) and then pump until I see cart filler getting wet then top off and thats it.... I have not looked at it for a week or so and I am vaping on it now!!! Well its just like a everlasting cigarette

Pump action
I only pump it when required as its almost a continuous flow once an hour maybe and thats just a small sqeeze

Well thats about it for now

Very nice job,and thank u for all the pics and info. I'm going to try to build one,and have a question. Do you know what type/size of tubing I should use,or the best place to get some?
I have the box, sprayers, batts and attys here or on order, but missed the info on the tubbing. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks again

I used a tube from a air spray bottle at first but it was a bit to rigid, now I use the tubing from a CIS system its about 3mm diam Link this is ok to use albeit a UK item I'm sure they have it in USA Good luck

Thanks very much for the link Art,I'm going to try some I.V. drip tubing as I have easy access to it. If it doesn't work, I'll try to get some CIS tubing as recomended.
I'm hoping my box comes out as good as yours did. Thanks again

Your welcome

Just remember to leave enough tube sticking out of box to allow for cartridge change over or blowing through,Thats if you over do the pump action.. It only needs a small pump action to move liquid to the cart.. If you pump twice its to much, and will flood the atty..

This is Awesome as hell. If i can figure out where to get those pumps locally I'm totally adding that to my box and ditching one of the 3 batteries (although with luck i may be able to find a smaller variety of pump and fit it in) ^_^

Thanks for this, great work!

I did have one question, how did you get the tubing in the top of the pump, it looks like that particular model was meant to spray through a nozzle in the side.

israfil

you dont show where your from so heres what I know

4ml pump bottle from fleebay (USA) dont worry about side entry as as you drill it through the top... your new pipe shuts off side entry !!!

unless you want a side entry then just pull out the bung and fix there.. I sometimes use that.. using ciss printers tubing and 90 degree elbows tube bungs and elbows.. no glue reqd...push fit tite 2mm + so you can change pipe when and?? !!

let us know how you do

Heh, didnt even notice that i didnt have my location shown, I'm from Las Vegas, NV USA. I may have to find a smaller variety of pump as once I get my circuit to 5 volt and my lipo batteries I'm not going to have a lot of space. I really want to stick with a 3 battery 1 empty configuration for the extra hours of vaping pleasure. (the purpose of the box was for long road trips and all day use)
Thanks for the info man, gonna see if I can find some little bottles or maybe convince a perfume shop to give me one of their little sampler empties.

For tubing i have medical tubing from my mother's work. (medical field)
your design sure beats what i was gonna do. (actually build a custom pump out of a syringe)

I'm thinking maybe I could rig a smaller bottle to fit so it doesn't stick very far out of the case. With my switch placement Its gonna have to be like 3-4ml. Maybe Ill just modify the cap to be shorter or something...dunno.

Also wondering if I try to go through an airport if I'll get tackled...these do so resemble incendiary devices.

I'll answer real quick m8

This is how it is.

There are compartments for battery's mainly 4AA's etc on all the batt boxes.. Yeah??

You only need 1/2 (1") a compartment for the bottle/pump because you only need the feed top part .(NECK) .. Thinks????

If you have only glued the head in the housing ..say 1/2 way up the box you have 3/4" hanging out yeah??? easy to change bottles yeah!!!

Just make sure the head is glued only and still be able to move the bottom of pump bottle
I do not buy 5ml bottles any more, I just buy pump bottles, and keep my daily feeds in those bottles, as all I do is just pull out the bottle, say camel and slide in a winston or coffee and go... Its that quick...change attys, if you want, I just love living on the edge,,hahhahahh...!!!!!
