Thanks, Hz. I coulda sworn there was one but haven't seen it. I have a MAP for when my Darwin comes, but really thinking about giving the VM a try to see the difference.

One thing about vaping vs smoking. If you ever found yourself out of cigs, you were never far from a store or a buddy to bum one, with vaping there are just so many things to try and no one close by, I think, to 'bum' a try off of.

I am thinking it was muttsrt that had one posted, it seems he has removed a lot of his pics though. Try pm'ing him and see if he has the pic.
I have been trying to get a group going here in my area-it will happen, I am persistent. LOL Once you have meets then the 'bum one' factor is back!

My all-day vape does really well in a tank but my Bubble Gum, my 2nd most vaped juice, does better with the VapeMate and an 801. Yes, I'm a broken record but we're talkin' satisfying vapes here so it can't be overstated that the 801 and the VapeMate are the couple to watch.

As for bumming a vape or smoke, that's where good packing comes in. Packing tanks means accommodating the size of the containers that hold them. The VM can be packed in a modest sized case with three juice filled 5ml bottles, some XL CE2s, adapters, spare drip tip or two and a USB cord for the Darwin. I also pack a just-in-case-the-worst-happens device and batteries. Check out G8trs Cases for E-cigs for how a true packing genius does it.

Duh, you meant bumming to TRY a VM? Nah, check out the videos and see if you can see yourself comfortable learning how to use one and vaping with an apparatus on your device. I think its attractive and convenient and my family didn't look twice...but that could be because they're used to me and not because it looks normal.

I wanted a Vapemate, but not as much when I saw the price. Still, I was considering it until I found that at that price it doesn't even come with the tube(, or even a bottle?). I'll wait and see. In the mean time, a drip tip on a carto lets me drip 4 drops at a time. By doing the same on a backup ecig, plus the juice already absorbed in both cartos, I'm good for a couple hours easy. For driving, after 2 hours I'm ready to stretch my legs anyway.

I can understand what you are saying but the tube is not a part of David's original design. That's something that was introduced later, by customers who like to mod things. The tube is simply an after-market option for us, that's all. So I don't think that David shouldn't be obligated to provide it for us. You may or may not know this but you can pick up three feet of tubing for less than a dollar at your local Ace Hardware store. Regarding the bottles, afaik the VM is shipped with two 5ml bottles... I hope you understand that this is just my point of view, that all.

You're most welcome, and I hope everyone gets a giggle out of this review like I did. :)
Interestingly enough, it raises the point that the VapeMate is perfect for use by those with dexterity problems too, so if that was worrying anyone, it needn't be. Andy (the guy on the right) uses it with the larger bottle sizes to help with this, I think.

I tried soooooo hard to keep myself from buying the vapemate. After all, I have put a mortgage payment worth of cash toward vaping in the last 8 weeks (I am far above the amount I saved by not smoking lol). It looked so perfect, but I kept trying to resist. I had the reg eGo, the tank, and more recently the mega atty/carts. Finally, I broke down and placed the order. Now if it will just hurry up and get here!!! :vapor:

Did I see in one of the posts that some tubing is added in now with the vapemate? I hope so since I am not looking forward to buying 25' of plastic tubing LOL

Well this is the longest time I have went without looking for something that works, Since the first of November 2010, I have had the vape mate on my device (P16, P18), and it has been there ever since. I've since tried the eGo tank but went straight back to the vape mate, Its exactly like dripping without any of the hassle. Plug in a fresh bottle of juice and I'm off to work or what ever, good for the day. The LR atty and AW Protected 18650 are a winning combo IMHO. The Precise really is a work horse device too. I'm a welder by trade and I work in a harsh environment. Let me tell you the finish is still nice and I don't have to polish the thing every other day either. The button is silky smooth after what seems like millions of presses. I've never had any sticking or miss fires either.

Flawless, perfect, precise period. THANKS David! You've saved me quite a lot.

Reptilr - it is not here yet and I am in mourning. I got the email verifying the order, but that was last week and no word since. I emailed this morning to ask, but no rely. Do you think that I might be hexed???? Placed an order from Tasty Vapor the same day and it has now been mixed and shipped. Not sure what is happening since everyone else's order seems to have shipped post haste... but I would love to have it in my hands sooner than later.

Hi Beez,

I probably just haven't got to your email yet. I only answer them once a day, usually in the AM. My volume of emails is so high, i usually have 2-3 hours a day just answering emails, so sometimes i get a bit behind, but do know that i do answer them. Vapemates usually ship within 1-3 days of ordering than two days in transit via priority mail.

David
