I am not worried about the threading. A simple tap from a punch will tighten it if there is wear, or a little pinch on the base tube without the plug in to tighten it up. Plus, remember Petar has been testing his prototypes since February or earlier... Whatever he does, I am buying it. It can only get better. I know he had tried to implement a setup to get air closer to the coil, which also decreased the atty chamber, which should increase flavor, and a plus was to cut down on leaking out of the air holes (I haven't had much at all and think that was his goal?). Regardless, this is a game changer in my opinion. What I worry about is Petar getting copied on his design.

I agree with you this is a game changer . Petar has my respect and attention 100%

I love how Petar K says he has never tried nor had another genisis atomizer to compare it against, that is why he was thinking out of the box when he set his mind to building the vaper :)

Negatives? I haven't used anything else in my vaping arsenal since Saturday... Does that count? I did have an issue this morning, it wouldn't fire. The Aw batts are a little shorter then the others I have & they weren't making good contact. It's mechanical, so it was easy to figure out.

Oh- 4mm wrench is a little nicer to use then pliers. Keeps from marring the nuts, and is little and easier to manage.

I'll be curious to see what the next version brings. Yes, being he's never tried another Genisis mod that's impressive. I'd be curious to hear more from you guys that have one, what changes you'd like to see. I'm sure he'll take stock and make some changes on the next batch.

So far I've heard it'd be nice to have threaded caps, reconfigure the pos/neg. posts. I know he addresses that in the video some (about not using brass/copper) but a method to where one didn't have to use a wrench or pliers would be nice.

All in all it seems like a good first run. How is it when left on it's side? I know all Genisis atty's will leak eventually due to the wick.

@Roary - Vaporwall.
@Turbo. I am actually OK with how it is made. As far as a wrench/plier... My 4mm wrench is smaller then a phillips screwdriver I used with the Orion. I am OK with it. As far as threading. I have become used to it, as it is, and not really worried over it. It keeps the mod thin and light weight. If he was to add threads for the top cap and bottom ok. But the way the connection is made with the top cap and the switch, I do not believe screwing it on would work, it needs to be a press fit.

I lay it on its side all the time when I am in between vapes or around it. It hasn't leaked out (100% VG here). In fact, with that 30g, it just vapes right through any floods. AS far as storing it overnight with a over 1/2 tank, I wouldn't do it. YMMV with higher PG ;)

Flavor has gotten better. I switched to Gorilla Juice at work today, and it is working out real well.

Got a leather eGo neck lanyard to hold my vaper in today. It fits perfect and is an easy way to carry. Since I wear a badge lanyard for work and ride a motorcycle a lot, this works perfect for me and will clip into my badge lanyard. I don't even have to take it out of the lanyard to vape!!! Got it from highdesert in NM.

Just got mine today. The thing is so light, I thought I was ripped off and sent an empty box! Out of the package it's an easy setup. Dropped a wick I premise for my Orions and wrapped 4 coil 32awg and I'm vaping. Fastest setup by far of any of my Gen mods. Can't get over how light and small this thing is! Great vape with a "standard" setup.

Day 3 of our M/C trip and have finally made it through the Blue Ridge Pkwy and a lot of rain and fog. Today was terrible, but we are drying out in Cherokee. The Vaper is going good still on its original setup!!! The only complaint I have is that if liquid gets past he topcap, it seeps into the battery compartment. Cell only, think the wife grabbed some photos and I was vaping it at one of the overlooks. Will post if I can figure out how from the phone :)

Jolly I'm having the same problem with seeping in to the battey compartment . I ordered some food grade silicone to try to seal it better . I will post the results here
