Ah screw it... I decided enough is enough...I filed for a refund with paypal. I've sent the guy a couple of emails, to which he (they/the company) never replied. I ordered nearly $60 in juice from him, and I see here people who ordered AFTER my order have received their orders, and I'm still waiting.
If I had items that were delayed because of ingredient delays, I'm sure out of 22+ juices, some of them COULD have been shipped in a month in a partial shipment in an attempt to keep customers happy... Even fast tech does that when you place a large order and 1 item is delayed, they'll send out what they can and send the missing item when they get it in.
Here's my take: I own a small business too, I get it. We all have lives, things happen, you get backed up, etc... but ignoring your customers emails is not cool. Silence doesnt make me want to give you my business. He's in an industry where new juice vendors are popping up DAILY (quite literally), so the idea is to stand out (IN A GOOD WAY) to promote new business. I'm not sure what the circumstances were for ........ to plug this company TWICE, but it is what it is I guess

The undistorted reality is his company will be fine without me, the same as I will be fine without ordering from him. I'm sure many users here will avoid ordering from them again in the future (like myself), but my guess is for every 1 of us who avoid him, there will be 3+ that do order from him. Uninformed, price shoppers, ........ loyal readers, etc...
My last rant is this, I'm a rookie vaper, only since about July 2013. Started with local B&M then moved to online purchasing. I've ordered from what I assume are big companies or at least very well known vendors, and I've ordered from some smaller 1 man operations that were pointed out to me from facebook! And I will say that Alembic vapor (1 man operation with NET juices) that was from FaceBook had FANTASTIC communication, the nicest packaging I've ever seen, and was a real pleasure to do business with. Then on the opposite end of the spectrum The Vapor Co who ignores its customers, ships orders out to whomever complains the most (squeaking wheel gets the oil).........VERY DISAPPOINTED!
