I got my order on Monday. But yesterday I got another email saying my order was shipped. So now I have another shipment coming in from them.

I only made one order and I got everything I ordered. Not sure what's in this second order. I have two different tracking numbers

Maybe they made a mistake and sent my order twice.

I ordered karma, bacon bonanza, buttery popcorn, and imperial waffle.

The bacon tasted like cigarette water. Waffle taste like burnt waffle

The only two I liked were popcorn and karma. Not sure how to describe karma but it reminds me of a ry4. Popcorn is the only one that taste like what is suppose to taste like

I'm just worried that the popcorn has diacetyl in it

i ordered some of this juice, and it came in yesterday. i ordered on the 24th, so no problems with shipping or wait time for me, my order was in the 1700s though. let me say that the flavor is great, it is better than other watermelons that i have tried. though i think it is a little upsetting that most people offering up their opinions here are saying their bottles are half full too, as these bottles are 12.5ml bottles. please make sure you have a 12.5ml to compare it with to be sure that you arent under the assumption that you were shipped a 10ml bottle. their watermelon is great and with a few drops of honeydew mixed in its great on top of great. i'll most likely order more of this too when i have more scratch, i have some uncle junks on the way and i might use this to stretch it out. great stuff from the vapor company, thanks to tim and everybody over there!

I started this darn post cause I ordered on JANUARY 8!!! Order # 476.... Still no juice, order status still says awaiting fulfillment. What is going on here!?

This same EXACT thing happened with Ms. t's Bakery! Starting to feel cursed. For real.

I just cannot comprehend that a company would waste a golden opportunity for. Us ones and customers...as they have done.

Fools. I just want my order, what I paid for, which they wasted NO TIME taking my payment without delay!

#so upset...I need to vape and decompress ,

I know it is frustrating and my order number was 425 so you should have gotten it but honestly the way this owner spoke to me his a nut case and is probably filling out of order. I would ask for a full refund and depending on how you paid fight with PayPal...or call your credit card. I plan on writing a review when I have time to cool down. If you call their customer service my thought is that your order will be filled immediately. I honestly would be hesitant to even vape this liquid as it has so much artificial coloring that isn't good to put into your lungs. I have thrown it all out and have demanded a full refund.:2c:

My order is for $60...I took the big plunge...ordered a bunch. No return emails, no answers, 30 days out from order date and still no package. No explanation. No customer support.

Sounds like the guys who have gotten their orders, the juice itself sucks anyway.

I hate to do it, but sounds like I need to cancel my order and keep my $60

Hate to pile on, but a little polite communication would have gone a LONG way in this situation. I know had I been getting emails explaining delays, please wait it's coming...I'd have been ok with that.

Still waiting on my lucky 7 order too.....

For $60. you can DIY a boatload of juice - about one thousand mLs. Even if half is a failure as you learn (and has to be thrown out...), you will still have much more juice to use than what these guys are providing. And, you have learned to mix your own at these low DIY prices.

Just sayin... but this is exactly what motivated me to go DIY.

I'm going a bit off subject but where would you direct someone wanting to start DIYing to get supplies ?
 
So I've been patiently waiting on my order (order 796, placed 1/8). Like many, mine has been sitting on "Waiting fulfillment." I just got a email that says my order has been updating to "Pending." So... just to clarifiy... it's gone from waiting to.... waiting. :facepalm:

Thankfully it's not a huge order. I just wanted to give them a go and try out some different flavors. FWIW: I have not attempted to contact them as I'm not in a rush to try this juice. I was planning on letting it steep for a couple of weeks anyways.

I placed a much larger order with MBV on Sunday and it's out for delivery today.

I placed an order with Fasttech on 1/21 and received it 2/3. Fasttech is beating this company in speed...

I understand this sale put these guys behind but with they way they've been handling orders (shipping the squeaky-wheel first, lack of communication), I seriously doubt they'll get even another $1.99 from me.

TO THOSE WHO RECEIVED YOUR ORDERS:
Are the juices WORTH waiting for? Or should I request a refund?

Ah screw it... I decided enough is enough...I filed for a refund with paypal. I've sent the guy a couple of emails, to which he (they/the company) never replied. I ordered nearly $60 in juice from him, and I see here people who ordered AFTER my order have received their orders, and I'm still waiting.

If I had items that were delayed because of ingredient delays, I'm sure out of 22+ juices, some of them COULD have been shipped in a month in a partial shipment in an attempt to keep customers happy... Even fast tech does that when you place a large order and 1 item is delayed, they'll send out what they can and send the missing item when they get it in.

Here's my take: I own a small business too, I get it. We all have lives, things happen, you get backed up, etc... but ignoring your customers emails is not cool. Silence doesnt make me want to give you my business. He's in an industry where new juice vendors are popping up DAILY (quite literally), so the idea is to stand out (IN A GOOD WAY) to promote new business. I'm not sure what the circumstances were for ........ to plug this company TWICE, but it is what it is I guess :( The undistorted reality is his company will be fine without me, the same as I will be fine without ordering from him. I'm sure many users here will avoid ordering from them again in the future (like myself), but my guess is for every 1 of us who avoid him, there will be 3+ that do order from him. Uninformed, price shoppers, ........ loyal readers, etc...

My last rant is this, I'm a rookie vaper, only since about July 2013. Started with local B&M then moved to online purchasing. I've ordered from what I assume are big companies or at least very well known vendors, and I've ordered from some smaller 1 man operations that were pointed out to me from facebook! And I will say that Alembic vapor (1 man operation with NET juices) that was from FaceBook had FANTASTIC communication, the nicest packaging I've ever seen, and was a real pleasure to do business with. Then on the opposite end of the spectrum The Vapor Co who ignores its customers, ships orders out to whomever complains the most (squeaking wheel gets the oil).........VERY DISAPPOINTED! (sorry for the long post, and thanks for reading)

Personally, I wish that I had done the refund, then I would still have the money rather than 15 bottles of juice I will not be using.

Anyone want to trade for BLUEBERRY BOMBER, CARAMEL APPLE ATTACK, CAPTAIN KENNADY'S EGGNOG & RUM, CAPPUCCINO, KARMA ... hahahaha

Filed for refund on PayPal and got an email the next day for an update status on my order was changed to Refunded.

Don't be surprised if the refunded status gets changed to shipped. That is what he did to me. The saving grace is that he responds to Pal Pal as well has he does to his customers. He never responded and Pay Pal refunded me.

For those that want to dispute through Pay Pal, I would say do it fast. His Pay Pal account is frozen. When the funds dry up, it will be a lot harder to get and refund through them.
