Got mine Friday. Order 1553. Even though I have not opened a bottle, there is a strong menthol/sweet odor as soon as I opened the shipping box. Putting them away for a while to see if anyone here finds anything terrible about the artificial colors. May try them later...just not sure.

I'm 1501 & still "awaiting fulfillment". Were you one of the "squeaky wheels"? If not, I can't figure out how they're deciding which orders to ship.

now having to play the shell game
with Tim and the Vapor Company.

Got took by the Shark.
Orders 1328 and 1416 from Jan 12 and 14, no juice.
No replies to 4 email, nobody on the Chat, or reply to trouble ticket 3825421, no answer at phone number.
RUN do not walk away from this vendor, this site, and its owner.
 
Looks like they took down the 'sale part 3' post on facebook, so that's a good sign. ..I guess. I'm order 1609, ordered on Jan 23. If anyone was getting their stuff in a timely manner, I wouldn't be stressing. Just really hate feeling like this is a scam.

They may have pulled the photo but, the prices are the same on the site. Thinking all of the negative comments generated their need to pull the ad.

I ordered and did actually get my stuff. I messaged them on Facebook several times. My order was shipped in 3 packages because the only packages he had would fit like 5 bottles. No big deal, just odd. I don't own a business and I have enough packing supplies I could have sent out orders 5 times the size of what I bought from them. The juices got here, 4 bottles missing. Sent them a pm, he seemed taken aback and confused as to why I would be missing items. Then I get a shipping notice for the 4 missing bottles. Hmm, ironic that he knew EXACTLY which ones and the correct nic level of those ones were missing (hubbs and I vape different levels) on the packing label it said "was on backorder" hmm, so the dudes story didn't even add up. Nevermind the fact that the packages all stunk to high heavens of nasty liquid. I had them in my bedroom (little kids in the house so we keep them out of sight and reach) and even 2 weeks after taking them out my bedroom still smells like that nasty *expletive*. I tried the bacon. I felt so nauseous for several hours after taking a few puffs. Even thinking about it makes me gag. Ok, so the bacon sucked, it tasted like straight bacon grease. Not a real bacon flavor, just smokey grease. I highly recommend NOT buying that flavor. I did try the dreamsicle, ok so that one wasn't terrible but it wasn't delicious either. I didn't mind the imperial waffle. I still won't be ordering from them again.

The fact that Tim says they're the best juices out there makes me wonder just how bad the juices are that he tried before deciding he was going to start making his own. I ordered 17 bottles and several flavors. I'm too scared to try any of the other ones to be honest. I feel like I wasted my time and my money. Never again.

So it took 32 days to get here. That's okay with me, since they sent me an email explaining the delay, an update on the status of my order whenever something changed, sent me a tracking number when it shipped, then threw in an extra bottle for free, and gave me a code for a free bottle on my next order. I'm happy with them.

I received my order today (#334). Actually, I received two envelopes. In one envelope, I received my one order of 11 bottles along with a packing slip and letter giving me the code for a free bottle. OK....so I got my order - I haven't tried any of the juices yet.

In the 2nd envelope, I received an additional 8 bottles of juice - duplicate of my order. No note, nothing else in the envelope.

I just checked my email and I received another tracking notice for a third envelope that was shipped today. At this point, he owes me nothing. How much you want to bet the third envelope contains 3 bottles.....the 3 that were missing from envelope #2 essentially duplicating my order?????

I am not sure if he meant to double send my order, but my gut says it is a mistake. That leads me to think he has a serious lack of inventory control. But I will bite my tongue until envelope #3 arrives.

This is what you can expect from a company that has gone through 60 employees in the last month alone. I think inventory control in the least of his issues.

You're not setting up a forwarding address? Most people simply go to the post office and get the mail forwarded to the new address. ( or wherever you tell them to)
