I use it on vv, with xl i m afraid about them size (69 mm x 19mm) but if they fit in xl i buy another 2 or 4

Already had the Diamond when the XL was released. I'm certainly tempted, but I have to wait and see what she's going to want. If she ends up wanting a provari, for example, I'm not going to be able to get myself another XL at the same time. She does really like my XL though. Didn't hurt that I had the bottle full of TV Butter Rum at the time that she tried it lol.
Decided to get an XL for home and keep my REO when out. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with my Boge 510 cartos 510 LR Cartomizer (BOGE) - Blank 5 pack | Cartomizers | iVAPE). I can't get them to fire. Is this something I am doing incorrectly or will they just not work on the XL. I would very much like to use the same cartos on both mods to keep my inventory issues down.
Agreed, its worth every penny. the falvor and vapor are the best of anything I have tried, plus they are way more consistant day to day, and come back better than ever after a quick cleaning.
If they are the black Boges, the sticker coating on the outside can hang up on the O ring inside, I have found using the stainless Boges a better option or you can peel of the black coating pretty easily. HTH Either waythey have to be scewed down in pretty good, also check and maybe pull out the center pin on the cartos as well.
Thanks Karma. I'll give that a shot, I've been playing with the Boge in it all day between vapes. I've actually had mixed results as far as airflow, but still haven't gotten a good connection so it would fire.
I'm seriously considering selling my REO if I can get something approaching the VMOD 2.0 price and sticking with the silos now that I've been vaping one half the day, despite the extra cost. We'll see how my friend's trial run of the REO goes, but I am liking my VMOD more than I thought I would (was expecting an experience about even with the REO). The XL is just too big for everyday outings.

If you are talking about the little white o ring that comes on ordered silo's and atty's---on the threads -- you most likely will have to remove it to get it to fire. The Black o rings are the seals for the XL.
The white o ring is part of the version 1 seal kit. The chimney makes it redundant.
And -- for me, it's the chimney seal that is the most important. My inner black seal is showing age and I've been doing fine with no problems. All that happens is a little juice stays on the outside of the carto/atty for the 1/4" or so that is under the chimney seal.

It's not really the size in my hand, but rather in my pocket. If I were traveling or somesuch, I would probably take both but for every day stuff like work, I like to be able to stick it in my pocket comfortably so it's convenient and still have a bit of room left in my pocket.
I've found the XL has to be screwed down pretty tight -- I can now feel it make contact correctly, but it was odd at first. Also, the threads of the mod may need a little breaking in...or a quick swipe with some steel wool to remove any possible burrs. At first I thought I had to raise the center pin on Boge's --- but not now, once the threads broke in.
The Vmod II is now for sale at Vapage in the a la carte version. It is the XL Junior.
The picture and description was not updated last time I checked---but Version II has all the features of the XL on a 14500 battery size.

And yes, I did say that. However, after having said that, I replaced the O ring to its proper spot in the connector (without too much difficulty, and for those that know me, that's saying something!)
I have the answer for those with pocket or purse issues: bigger pockets and bigger purses! C'mon, this IS our hobby, right?

I could definitely see that. However...who does God hate worse, the Patriots or Eli Manning...I sure do hope the Pats win (ugh, I reeeeally didn't want to ever say that but....its ELI)
