After washing my Vmod in warm soapy water I noticed that juice has caked on the inside of the bottom chamber. So far I have tried soaking it in lemon juice, isopropyl alcohol, and it currently is soaking in listerine, but I can't seem to get it clean. Is this normal? Is there a way I can take the Vmod apart so that I can scrub the inside chamber?

Try a plain PG soak, and gently go over it with a toothpick. Also, vodka helps as well.

Thanks for replying. I'll try the PG soak next.

Hot water & Everclear haven't failed me yet.

What the heck are you vaping? :?:

Either Bounty Hunter or Highbrow's Tabac De Cirac.

Mainly I was just being lazy and hadn't washed the Vmod in awhile is what probably caused the problem. I had no idea that juice could get stuck like that to metal and if something like that were to happen I thought it would happen to the top chamber where the juice would be heated up by the atomizer.

my favorite for AW IMR's; $1.89 shipping up to 3 batts; SuperTmanufacturing.com
Can anyone recommend a good place to get the AW IMR 18650 batteries that I always hear so much about on this thread? I have been using trustfires, ultrafires, and the Vapage brand batts. Is it worth it to get AW IMR's?

hi all,

been going through this thread and i had two questions that i couldn't find an answer to:

1) for stacked batteries at "6V" vaping, is the general consensus to use the (I have a ~3.0 306 atty that i'm planning on using with it)

- TENERGY 30200 LIFEPO4 RCR123A 3.0V (3.2V) 750MAH - Tenergy 30200 LiFePO4 RCR123A 3.0V (3.2V) 750mAh Rechargeable Battery
- TENERGY 30201 RCR123A 3.0V 900MAH - Tenergy 30201 RCR123A 3.0V 900mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery .

2) for those using the 306 (cisco spec) atty, what kind of drip tips are you using with it?

Thanks all!

I am going to do the I would not suggest you use 2 batterys to vape at 6 volts however I consider myself to be a responsible adult who looks after my equipment as I suspect you do.

Yes it works with all safety caveats I can add without being flamed.

Use the extended 306 drip tip as the stamdard one is a little short. Works but the longer one brings everything above the cone.

Yes have those as well.

Using a 3 ohm dripping atty perform well for 3 - 5 hours them I have to swap for the spare.

Both options work and work well but my preference is to keep with the 18650 and use a 1.5 ohm atty. I don't have to carry extra battery's to get through the day.

In the advent of placing the Kick under the bottle leaving you free to retain the services of a 18650 I think that is an option I will try in the future.

My new shells and baby V Mod are on the way. I am so excited!!! I also have matching drip tips on the way I am having wayyy to much fun with this. Can anyone tell me what it is about the Silo's that make the flavor so good and the vape so smooth? I tried one on my Provari out of desperation and it obviously didn't work. I wish Vapage would make some for use on non bottom feeders as well cause I would buy stock. Oh wait I think I already did when I just ordered 16 two packs LOL
