All I did was take a hollow stealth adapter(510 to 901) from madvapes and drill a 1/16 hole on the 510 side, right where a 510 atty has the hole. Just make sure it goes into the center tube. All you need is one

got my XL today and I cannot put it down. My lavatube is screaming for attention and I don't even know where my kGo's ran off to. All the hype about the XL is spot on, this is one hot little number. I have another one in my cart, I don't think one XL in my arsenal is going to be enough.
What kind of attys is every one using with there xl I am curently using ikenvape xlr 510 it has good flavor but doesn't hold much juice I'm only geting two pulls before I have to feed it again I've tried the hybrids but don't get good flavor from them using an all vg juice I don't have much experience with attys can you guys recommend some to me to try that work with an all vg juice

Try thinning out your liquid a little...I don't have that problem so not sure what to use to thin it with.
I am a big 306 fan...works well with any juice I've ever tried. Just a 1.5ohm Joye.
I use all VG and after 4 harsh taste (burned juice) Vapage BF hybrids I got a great Uni Hybrid with the XL, one of the very best atties I've ever had. It's a matter of QA in coil winding. Too bad you got a bad one, have 'em replace it. On my Vmod SL I'm using Joye 1.8-2.2 ohm atties, they're great.

Thanks for the input I guess what I'm looking for is a atty that has as good of flavor as the ikenvape but alow me to get more pulls before having to feed it. It just seems like I should get more than 2 pulls before having to feed it again are all attys like this?

I got my two XL's today and WOW! It's a super mod... BIG, but still comfortable to use
I just have to get some magnets.. my thumb is tired now
Only tried it with a 1.5 Hybrid and it works like a champ. Looking forward to try it with some different attys and specially with the "secret mission" attys

anyone use their XL mod w/ 4.8 nimh batty and silo 2.8 ohm ? hows the performance ? taste and vapor ?
I get about 4 pulls on a 306...
The button top batts are much easier to use, unless you have a magnet for the flat top batts.
