I ordered hybrid attys from Vapage (before I ordered the VMOD) on Aug 2nd, still haven't gotten anything yet :/
Wanted to try those hybrids on my Provari and Bombshell for dripping... I hope the VMOD doesn't take forever to get here too!
And mostly I hope it has the gaskets that a lot of people seem to be missing :O

Yikes!!! From what I've read in this thread, their CS is top notch in terms of wonky products. I hope they extend the same courtesy they have been doing so far.
Did you receive a shipment confirmation from Vapage? Mine came very quickly - ordered late on the 4th, said it shipped out on the 5th, received it yesterday.
If it says it's been shipped then it's in the P.O. people's hands. I'm not sure if this is out of laziness but I expected a few packaged this past Friday and Saturday - I get them yesterday plus some other packages.
Maybe the P.O. worker didn't want to make a bunch of trips to my door because I have a "vicious" 20lb barking terrier mix. It's a hoot watching her bark at visitors because she'll skid over to the window barking and hit her head on the blinds.
Looking back now... No ship confirmation... Damn it, now I have to email them. Not impressed with them so far.
Sent email and called also and left a message,July 15 is when it was bought order #22842 so I will wait and see I guess!

What did you order? On the 2nd, I ordered 2.0ohm two packs of the hybrid attys, both standard and BF.
Then on Sunday I ordered the VMOD... From what people are saying in this thread VS my experience, they aren't matching up.
The quick shipping and CS turn around. Like I said, I always give suppliers the benefit of a doubt, just weird that people have ordered after me and received their products. Mine is still in processing on their website.
I ordered the VMOD on Sunday, so I hoped it would ship yesterday but didn't. The ATTYS, well those I just can't explain, so I'm hoping they can better when they get back to me.
I would suggest you call with order number in hand. They are literally 2 hours south of me and my first order took over a week to arrive. The second came quickly. Since none of us work for the company, we do not know what their stock is nor their restocking rate.
Been vaping my replacement Vmod and it's great, the AW battery was still going strong after 10+ hours when I replaced it.
One question is I seem to be going thru vapor like a fish. I must have used half a bottle where I will usually use 1 1/2ms. in a tank or carto. The Vmod is totally dry so I'm not leaking.
Any of you have the same experience?

Im changing batts about every 4-5 hours.I refill my juice when I switch batts.Nice!
Oh, right, I've done that already. Left a VM and and dropped an email. I realize they are just getting this device rolling and and it's becoming hot. My items were listed as in stock when I ordered but that can mean anything... I'm just giving my experience in this thread for people to read, I'll update accordingly when I know more. As a matter of fact, I'm not bashing them at all... But they are running a business and CS is key.
I think I may have posted this before, but here it is again.
The last time I spoke with Brian, I informed him of some of the problems with his customer service department. I, too, think the lack of response to phone messages or emails was something he needed to address. I was told they were letting the person go, and a new person was supposed to start on Monday (yesterday). I'm sure these problems will pass quickly. Please have some patience with them. I'm sure we've all had employees or co-workers who didn't do their jobs as well as they should.

AG I have to like all your posts as of late with your change of KP avatars she is one smoking young lady... Especially the newest one grrrrrrrowl...
Ordered batts and the Vmod friday and after talking to John it should have shipped that day. So I am in serious mail person stalking mode. The batts came yesterday so I am hoping Vmod will be in my hot little hands today.
Now hopefully my order of juices make it in the next day or so, so I can really put my new toy to the test when it arrives.
BTW I would like to thank all of you that have taken the time to post all your comments about this delightful device that I have yet to try. I am really looking forward to trying it out. If I am half as happy I think it will be well worth it considering minimal cost.
