Hey sirebral ... as ivisi stated below, there were LOTS of juice/atomizer/parts/add on orders within that span ... By the end of today, we should have only about 300 or so open orders. Starting to really gain ground now :) Hope it won't be too much longer, and I certainly appreciate your patience!

So, perhaps this week for my 17000 level order? :?: Hope so, I lost the referenced 901 somehow last night (dropped out of my pocket), back to SNUS for the time being.

I have been waiting and watching this thread and decided enough is enough!!!!! That can't even answer me with out using a generic response now! And when I ask for a refund they said it would take two days. going on 5 and won't answer any of my email asking them to treat me like a good customer that I have been for almost a year and 1.500 later:evil:

Won't give me a refund for a product I was told would be shipped on Monday!! Then Friday!! Then next week!! Then a un expected manufacturing problem and it will all be resolved by Monday! then next Monday and on and on. So I would ask if not by next week I wanted a refund.... Never bothered and said it was for sure going to go out this week. well guess what never showed so I asked again for a refund!!!!!!! Said it would take 2 days. WHAT good customer 1500 later gets treated like a newbie. going on 5 days and no refund and no answers to my agree email saying its not hard to issue a Pay Pal refund.

wheew..I really thought that 401 adapter would have me turning out the lights after hrs in the waiting room lol

I am obviously a ...... off customer. I put my order in a couple month ago and got tired of the excuses so I pulled the plug and asked for a refund on my Prodigy and Pass through. They won't return emails and took my order off my account history but can't refund:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

Brian, I have bent over backwards for you dude, especially when I was living in California. My service hasn't gone to trash, and the fact that I work 6 days, and even some Sundays proves that. I have a customer service rep (casey) who works while on vacation and most of every single weekend. You need to bear with us when it comes to anything financial. Casey does not have the means to issue refunds, as I am the one that does the bookeeping, etc... Thus, she normally says that refunds can take up to 48-72 hours (meaning, when I'm not Assembling equipment, packing orders, or the 13 other things I do) I can get to it.

With that said ... If you asked for it Wednesday/Thursday of last week... Chances are, it wouldn't have been done till tomorrow (Monday) and I have had a chance to look at it all. I was too busy pumping out orders on Friday to even think about getting in to the books ...

now, researching and judging by the facts .... Your request came through Thursday, and Casey stated it could take up to 2 business days, meaning Friday and eventually Monday.

You DID NOT ORDER A COUPLE MONTHS AGO ... You ordered 6/1/2009 ... Not even 1 month ago .... :)

I do agree, the delays do in fact suck, but there's really nothing more I my end to make this go any faster. Multiple re-edits, and issues arising just added additional time, but we're hoping that the re-edits take care of any issues so customers don't have to find them :)

I've got to say in PS's defense, I had ordered a couple of months ago and changed my mind. They were very kind and gave me a refund almost immediately. I've since re-ordered and will be patient for the order.

I'm thinking they will get to your refund, they really have their hands full right now I'm sure. Please be a little more patient. I know that's a difficult thing to do right now because you're upset, and I understand, I'd have a difficult time to if I were upset, but I really believe they will get to it.

WhooHoo. If that number is almost ready to be shipped then we only have close to 600 more to go before you get to mine. Maybe I should sit back and relax for a while...:D
