Being the proud owner of three of the latter, I was shocked myself that those words passed my lips, but as I studied both devices I realized that I am a true Reonaut.
All she could muster was a bewildered, "really?"
"Yep" was all I had to say.

I only have one Reo as of this moment, and I had to put my second favorite juice in something. Reo number two is in Maine still. According to the USPS it should be here Tuesday.
DC, this is awesome bro. Had a REO, didn't dig it. Quietly sold it. Missed it. Got another. Worked thru the learning curve, totally dig it and now getting another.
One great success story. Similar to texasguys but them texans don't do anything quietly. But he didn't sell his either

My wife looks over my shoulder while I'm looking at the color choices and asks what color I'm getting. I told her I was just looking but the copper vein that I liked was of out of stock. A week later I'm back on the site and she said, "I thought you ordered that already?" I said they were a little pricey and she said, "So? you deserve it you never buy your self anything, whithin' a few minutes she's pointing to the raw aluminum saying when you get another, that's the one I like....
I cooked dinner for her that night.

You sir are a lucky man… Ask her if there is anything she would like, dinner was nice but i've been with the same woman for 29 years (33 if you count dating, 33.25 if your count the time I dated her sister) and know some things to watch for.

That is the true story. Wish I hadn't sold the first one, but it was fate I guess. The real lesson(s) I learned from my first experience is that:
A. Noalox is your friend
B. The RM 2 is the greatest RBA ever made
C. DON'T SELL YOUR REO!
(Ehumans wife here) I assure you that there's no hidden agenda here! LOL. He always buys me and our children things and never for himself. He can have two if he wants, and I'll cook him dinner. And dessert.
