I researched A LOT before using and was well worth it because, your right someone that doesn't know what they are doing can injure themselves badly with the wrong Mech, Battery, and topper..

I did not mean to offend you and your experience level in anyway. It would be nice if ECF had a more detailed user profile page like we do on Head-Fi, where users can list the gear they use or have used.
I still feel that the Cherry Bomber is a dangerous piece of kit over other boxes like the Hollow Point or KVLT.

Basic .5Ω contact coil, 26ga. Two post deck. Wicked with rayon. Not my best or worst build, just a build.
Airflow- I buy a tank and through the AFC away be it ring or screws. RBA's not so much. Not this thing. Air is beyond belief. I mean just off the hook. AFC is odd, vape bands with holes. 4 hole comes installed and I closed it to less then half. Now have the 2 hole on it. Effective yet odd method.
Build quality- very good. There isn't alot to it but everything is as it should be.
Driptip- not in love with this. I hate small DT's. I hate metal DT's. But because its so small a normal sized DT looks odd. Works well. Looks odd.
Now...............flavor. Off the charts. Really just unbelievable. Easily as good as I've ever had, tank or RBA. Anything. Really is the best vape ever.
Nic level- gotta go down. Way down. I put in 6mg and its killing me. Gotta go 3mg with this, maybe lower.

I have a Caravela tube, the tree of life tube, and a few others and they just aggravated me. If you lay them down the RDA's leaked if not vaped dry. Try to put them in a pocket and they would fire. Lock the fire button and it would screw up the fire button where every time I would have to take the bottom off and adjust the switch. Just too much hassle for me. Then I tried the Tesla Invader II and every vape with that was like 200 watts. A bit too much for me. So now I am pretty much sold on regulated box mods.
I've got a couple of pretty nice mechs, no problems with them at all -- a Fallen Angel, and a Galileo. But I found the lack of an informative screen very annoying. You know, that hit when you go, what the heck is wrong with this thing? I know every vaper knows that feeling.
With a regulated mod of any kind, you have a nice lil screen with info; with a mech, you're stuck with taking it apart and putting it back together and hoping that fixed whatever was wrong. 
If we ever get that "Vapocalypse" I'm sure I'll be delighted to have a couple of mechs, since they don't really "wear out" as electronics do... Meantime, I'll be using my regulated mods.

Saturday I was feeling silly so I mixed up some high VG zero nic strawberry, put it in the Velocity with Clapton 28/34 coils. Fogged up the porch. About three hours later my wife gets home, walked out on the porch and asked "why does it smell like strawberries out here?"
She is used to the 1% flavored high pg eliquid I use as a ADV which has the faintest of smells.
Is it normal for high VG heavily flavored eliquid stink to linger?

Do you mean 1% flavoring as in 1% of 90% PG base or 1% actual which would mean .01% actual flavor?
I mix flavored stuff at 10% which means 1% actual flavoring. And thats max.
My wife is pretty tolerant of my vaping as long as I ain't stinking up the place. She claims zero scent from my vapes. Thats high VG. So like in the room you can't smell my vapes. Our son when he's over vapes strong smelling stuff that ranges from overpowering to outright nasty. His 50/50 Five Pawns leaves a disgusting smell for maybe a half hour.

You mighta got some bad strawberry. I mix some strawberry for a cuple people and while I'm tld its good to me it doesn't smell like strawberries. I don't get to smell it after the steep. Blueberry smells like blueberries in the juice but my wife says the vape has no smell.

Yall are lucky, my missus complains bitterly on a daily basis on how bad my vaping stinks, while she has a lit cigarette going.
I get the same song and dance, so I keep the yummy vapes till after she goes to bed. I have a watered down Cuban flavor she doesn't seem to smell, I vape that in the evenings.
I don't mind the smell of a lit smoke but the lingering smell of stale tar is just wretched.
I walked past a guy at the grocery store today and the funk of old smoke almost made me gag.
She wasn't complaining just confused. I've been vaping for 6 years and she has only been able to smell it if I blew it at her. Plus I vape single flavor fruit which is quite mild anyway.
Unflavored PG/VG + nic has no sent.

I can tell when I'm getting to much nic and even though I dropped the Aroma down to 3mg I'm still getting to much.
Gonna whip up some low nic but can't decide between 1-2mg.
The Goblin I'll admit at 6mg could get intense. Its good for work as I can load up on nic quick but around the house it got me a time or two.
Even the Mut X3 and 13H9H at 3mg don't bother me.

My husband once informed me that my strawberry & cream smelled really bad when the coil is gunked and the juice turned brown -- which I appreciated, since it didn't taste bad to me, but I figured if it smelled bad, maybe I shouldn't be vaping that -- now I take more care to dry-burn and re-wick every other day. But when the coil isn't gunked (much) and the wick is fresh, and he said something about the smell, I said, "It's better than cigarette smoke, right?" He agreed that it was infinitely better, and really hasn't said much about it since. It's all relative. Dang near anything smells better than cigarette smoke, and I'm careful to remind him of that, anytime he says a single word about the smell.
However anytime I mix up anything that has a tobacco flavor in it, I run it past him. If he objects, then I only vape that after he's gone to bed, or just isn't in the room. I don't really care that much for any tobacco flavor anymore, so it's no biggie to me.
Lately I've been vaping my old blueberry muffin more, which is a lighter taste, and a much lighter smell, and after I've been vaping that for a while and then take a hit from the strawberry... I'd have to agree, the smell isn't great. But still lots better than cigarette smoke.
