I am hype resistant but not hype proof.

And Provape is innerweb only so I never got to hold one.

For modz, at this moment in time, I'm all about hcigar.

I actually really like the VCT but don't trust it to hold up after the last one. But I'll use it til it dies.

I'm not a vape snob, I use a camo duct tape Kbox for christs sake, but when you use something at the level of a hcigar VT40 or SX Mini I'd be lying if I said the others are just as good. Pick up an SX or hcigar and it just screams quality. I've held a VT200 and its another that feels great

Sadly its not just used items you need to be concerned about. I bought an Istick 50W from FastTech a while back and after about 10 days of using it, it started autofiring, then it just up and died. Wouldnt even turn on. Fastech wanted a video of what its doing. It wont turn on, you want a video of it not turning on, really? Turned out "style" is code word for clone with Fastech, and there was no guarantee that the manufacturer will make good on it but if i pay return shipping to them plus a service fee of around $20 I I remember right, they will try. This was after a week of going round and round on it with them and I decided I was done with it. Yet it goes to show that even buying new, you can have issues with an item and be left out in left field with it.

Glad your daughter made out good with her car. That could of been a nightmare for yall.

Agree 100%. I've said before that the manufacturers are pumping out mods at lightning speed. My thoughts are to get them out before the FDA ruling incase the date is after the original 2007 dead line. I was fortunate that when my Smok M80 plus died that VaporDNA gave me a refund minus 15% which I thought was fair since they didn't make the mod.

For better battery life. If I may, for 40W build close to 0.4, for 30W build around 0.5-0.6, 20W 0.7-0.8, 10W 1-1.3 ohms.

Edit: This applies to any single battery or parallel battery regulated mod.

Thank you for that info!!

If you wanna make it on the innerwebz you learn to dance around the Provari/Festool/Android people. They are relentless and will grind you to dust.

I do in fact have feelings about the Radius and in face2face contact I will make those feeling known. On the innerweb its all yes sir and no mam.

I've had a couple of squabbles in some of the threads and I'm most definitely leaning towards your point of view. Just not worth the time, or effort to try to get people to see things as you do! I don't mind the disagreement, but can't stand, or understand the blind following that some have.

I swear if some of these people had a misbehaving child and you walked up and slapped the crap outta the kid they would thank you. They would then notice you were the guy who said bad things about Provari and rip right into you.

But every hobby has fan boi that are know for there hostility. Here its Provari and to a lesser degree Reo (how come the classies ban clones but if the clone says Reomizer its ok??) and with woodworking its Festool and Sawstop. With phones its Android (when I snap and take somebody out its gonna be a Android fan boi, wrong day/time one of them is gonna open there mouth and I'm gonna blow). I bet golf even has these nutz. I should find out what the golf Provari is and join a golf forum and start some trouble.

Im not an android fan boy, but i would not urinate on an apple device if it were on fire, my animosity toward apple goes all the way back to the first Macintosh critters.

See thats the kinda emotion I just don't have in me for things.

I buy things that work for me. If they stop working I stop buying. If asked I tell what works for me and what does not.

We all have our exceptions and I have mine. Its Dodge. I had a Dodge once and to this day I still have a comment for almost every Dodge I see.

I just looked up what a "fanboy" was.

I don't think I've ever encountered an PV fanboy.

Now Android, Mac, Playstation, Xbox, Festool (definately) I have.

I think some people irregardless of the product will defend their preferences irrationally.

I personally couldn't care less if someone likes a SX over a Reo or Provape product. Different strokes.

@Boden
Saw a video review of the new Vape-Forward mods. Seems the chips are the same as the Reuleaux. I'm getting closer to pulling the trigger on the Stout and maybe the Classic as well.

I would prefer the mini, but will likely not get one. Would rather have 2 VTC mini's or 3 Kbox Mini's

For me on vehicles it is Jeep.
I had 2 Dodge/Chryslers and had good service from both of them. Put over 1/4 million miles on one and 150K on the other. Never had the engine apart in either of them.
The Jeep now.....

I've been thinking about getting a few more VTC mini and using the internals in a nice wood box with a nice 510 and Mitec switch.

I got a shorty 510 with the top plate should work as a replacement connector in the VTC Mini. Just have to use a bit longer wires. Should I ever decide to change it out.

btw you can get clone boards for the Kbox Mini at FT for around $12.
