@Atchafalaya are you getting the sun coming out between storm bursts?? We are and this is weird!
I haven't seen the sun here (near Galveston) all day and it's glorious. I hope everyone weathers the storm well but bring on the rain, thunder, and lightning. I love it.

I have to tell you the storms here in Florida are pretty intense as well. I guess that's why it's the lightning capital of the States. This winter has been bad with the Tornados here. Had one hit 3 miles from me a couple of months ago and there has been about 7 or so that have hit the SW area. A few have been in the middle of the night so you can't see where their coming from. But the light shows are fantastic!!

That's one of the things on my bucket list. Have an actual tea in England. I understand y'alls tea is far different than ours.

Tea here seems to fix everything, you get bad news, oh have a cuppa tea, you come in from work, oh sit down, I'll put a brew on, you don't feel well, take the weight off your feet, I'll make a cuppa. The British and their tea is rather funny.
Oh and when one drinks tea from ones China cup, remember to extend ones pinky finger. Yorkshire tea is the best
