Yes, that's is something else Indiana has, the absolute most idiotic law regarding security monitoring for e-juice manufacturers. None of the big players in security monitoring even meet the rules, so you can't use ADT, etc. In fact, only 1 company appears to fit the current rules, a company who, guess what, lobbied for the law to be passed. And they have said they will require anybody who uses them to provide written copies of their recipes...

Oh, and there seems to be some sort of link between them and a vape company that I'm not 100% clear about.
And to make matters worse, while technically DIY won't be illegal, if I happen to make some juice for myself, then give a bottle of it to someone else, I will have broken the law.
