Somewhere online... it was almost a year ago, so I really don't remember. Search "618 e-pipe" but do not settle for the first hit (it will be $50 or so)... If you can wait to get it from China, it is significantly cheaper.

looks like a carto tank, does it use regular punched cartos, or something harder to get

Significantly harder than a mod and tank with good airflow and a fire button, but if you compare it to a cigalike/cigar (those that are also suck activated), then it is very comparable. For those who have smoked real tobacco pipes, it is very comparable to that also. Today, I have been spoiled by the easy toys (or did I just get lazy?), so that pipe hasn't been out of the box in ages.
Oops, forgot that part. The tank slides on a center post/atmoizer, so you pull the stem off, slide the tank up, fill it, then push it back down. Other than that, I don't know what the darn thing is called.

Nice! I like the e-pipes that actually look somewhat like a normal pipe. So many of them out there just look fake to me. If the Guardian 3 came with a woodgrain finish like that one, I'd have bought it already probably.
Hopefully I can post Rixy's nemesis tank today and a lot of other peoples. Maybe one of the most hated, talked about tanks but I love mine, it helped me a lot last year and has never leaked on me or let me down, thought I'd jazz it up a little, just hope the parts turn up today

I did order 100ml of Moo Fields, Milk of the Poppy, Vanilla White Peach Yogurt and a 50ml of Fuzzy Tea. I won a $25 gift card from them on Reddit so I had to refill my juice supplies
