I just mixed up a little (15ml) bottle of a strawberry milkshake recipe I found in the DIY section. I don't want to dump out my current juices in my tanks so I'll wait until later tonight or tomorrow to try it. Oh, it will have to be tomorrow, 'cuz I put nic in it, I forgot. Well, it should be good for my wake-up vape. Who doesn't like a strawberry milkshake for breakfast, anyway?
Has anyone ever used a tiny bit of Koolada to make an "ice cream" flavor "cold?" I got a small bottle of that on my last flavor order but I haven't tried it yet. I was wondering if I put in a percent or so, would it make the strawberry milkshake more like a milkshake and less like strawberry custard at room temp? LOL! I always see all these ice cream and milkshake recipes, but I never see anything in them (like Koolada or menthol) to give them a cool finish. I might have to try that, after I try it without first.

I've never made an ice cream flavor but when I want to change one of my DIY's I add a couple of drops of Koolada to a tank just to change the flavor a bit.
Enjoying Lannie's strawberry shortcake but made a blueberry custard thats the best thing ever to me of coarse.
Heartland Vapes is becoming my main source. I don't like to order anything under 4oz and they have the best selection. Though on small orders BCV won this last round.
Trouble i'm having with custards is with low nic, 3mg for me, the taste is the best but I have to chain vape. I am still 100% addicted to nicotine. But when I bump it up to 6mg its harsh and not very tasty. For this reason my ADV at 6mg is still my go to.
After a year or so smoke free I had started to tootle puff some. Lotta low power gear and high nic juice. Going through a very stressful time thats kinda open ended and I found myself falling into heavy vaping. I'm using nicotine to self medicate again. I'm 99.99% sure I'd be smoking again if I hadn't kept the vape habit going. Long gone are my long term plans to stop. I can't tootle puff at all anymore. I put some high nic in a Kabuki the other day and after afew puffs I wanted to throw the top off and drink the juice. I used to be able to stay calm with 12/18mg juice for short periods of time.

I was going to sleep but saw this, I'm the total opposite but then I don't have any stress in my life but either way I still say it's psychological and nicotine on its own isn't that addictive at all, mix it with other chemicals in cigarettes and yes, it becomes very addictive.
So today I vaped Emma's nic free juice all day and tonight, I have had no nicotine since yesterday and can't tell the difference at all, no withdrawals what so ever, makes we wonder why I'm buying nic at all.
Just summat to think about....

I was that way too. Every time I quit I found an excuse to go back. Mine was a 40+ year 2 PAD habit. Vaping is what did it. I truly feel the other crap is what had me as I can go very long periods without vaping. I'm down to 3mg from a starting point of 36mg. It's been 3 1/2 years since my last coffin nail and I can certainly say it's over. I plan to drop to 1.5mg or zero hopefully by my September vaping anniversary. It's mind over matter. Since I have no mind it doesn't matter!!
