No its not pointless or silly. I ran into a lot of people who say "its just an animal" and yes they are animals but not "just" an animal. They are part of our families that can love, they can hate, the can be happy and they can be mad, and they can also be broken hearted. His name is Nosey as he was always the crazy nosey rat, he is so tame, he sits on my shoulder round the shops, sits on the dashboard in my car, an amazing little rat, now he just sits with his head hanging over the platorm, doesn't move much, won't eat, he was always the first there when the sweetcorn came out, he is drinking his meds though, I have no idea how he is still alive, a part of me just wishes he would pass as he struggles to breath.
So sad to see.
It's not a bad picture but you can tell he isn't well so I hid it away in case some don't wanna see it.

As you can see, no marker pen when I'm leaving, I've also lost the beard and quite a bit of weight from my peacock picture....some will remember it !
