@Lannie, oh wow, that Blueberry and Creamy yogurt has had a three week steep and it is very very good now :thumb:

As soon as I have a few spare minutes, I'm gonna make some of that. My yogurt flavor got here yesterday, finally. And I'll try to grab that peach recipe later this morning and post that. I've been having a rough time here lately, and I'm prioritizing animals over ECF... but it will all work out. I've told you guys we live "way out in the middle of nowhere," but this will bring it home a bit better: NO vet will come out here, and the meds I need for one of the cows are prescription, and they won't issue a script unless they've made a farm call in the last year. Quite a twisty situation. We've spent well over $2500 with this vet over the last couple of years, and yet because they haven't visited the farm, they say we have no "doctor/client relationship," and therefore won't call in a prescription. I have a friend in Colorado that's going to try and get the meds from her vet and mail them to me, so please, everyone cross your fingers that THAT will work. Apparently, we live in a black hole. :(

Meanwhile, my juice gremlin ate all my blueberry custard juice that I made the day before yesterday. Now I have to make some more, and some of the blueberry yogurt, and some other stuff I have recipes for and just received the flavors to make them with. But first I have to worry about the cow.

Geez I'm cold ;)
Aww, thanks, me too, he still has breathing problems but today he actually jumped for his bed to come and get his treats, he was always the first one down. All the kids at the school miss him, hopefully he will be up for a trip out in a few weeks :) I have no idea how he kept going, guess he is a Super Rat

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot, hooray for Nosey! He looks GOOD right now!
I feel kinda bad I said, forget that Yogurt flavor because at first it was super strong, now it's more creamy and blended with the Blueberry into a yummy juice. Did you get that flavor ?....Sorry for the misguided info

EDIT - I just saw your other post about the yogurt :thumb:

Thoughts are with you Lannie and I hope it gets sorted out x

Not to make a joke out of the situation, that isn't my intention at all ! but it bought back a memory when I took my dogs medication by mistake and was buzzing my face off for 2 days solid.

Yeah, we're down to two now, and Cricket is my cream cow, and the one that makes the most milk. I lost her mom last fall, and she was my heart cow. I still have a problem dealing with the loss of her, and that I'll never see her funny face poking in the barn door looking for her breakfast. The other daughter is mostly Angus, but she's just as sweet as their mom was, so I'm comforted by that. I'm so very lucky to have my girls, and I want to take good care of them, but it seems rather difficult without a vet. I've had to learn to be my own vet these last 12 years (and some of the things I've had to do, I never thought I'd be able to, but somehow I found the strength). The problem is I can't call in my own prescriptions, even thought I know exactly what I need and what to do.

My girlfriend in Colorado is on her way to Denver today, so communication is spotty, but in the meantime, one of the other vets (this one in Sturgis) called back just now and said they COULD order me those mastitis meds, so just in case my friend can't get them, or it will be too much of a hassle for her, I have the Sturgis vet as backup. Apparently, the line the other vet gave me about not being able to do it because of some "federal law," was bunk. That kind of upsets me, that they'd treat me that way, when we've given them so much business. But it's going to work out OK. One way or another.

And on a vaping note, yes, Rixy, I did get the creamy yogurt flavor. :) I'll be sure and let it sit in the back of the cupboard for a while before I pass judgement on it. ;) But first I need to make me some more of that blueberry custard stuff. Man, that was SO good! I might add just a touch more blueberry and see if it's still good. It had enough blueberry at 10%, but it was (to me) a little on the faint side. Lately I've been in the mood for "in your face" flavors, especially when it's a fruit. Summer's comin' and I crave fruits and "juicy" flavors in the warmer weather. :D

Sorry about the vets out there...it's a shame.

I am guessing your "juice gremlin goes by the name Rich? :w00t:

Awesome! On the Boreas iv just been running a simple Kanthal build for now with the 2mm Airflow Deck(which it still out performs most). Still havent had much time with it. Would like to hear what you think of the Airflow between the 2 though!

Still holding out for the Merlin as a more MTL but that could be a while....

The juice gremlin goes by "Lannie" most of the time.
It's "Lannie" unless she is a deep doo doo, then it's "Le Anne." :) To paraphrase one of our old prezdebts, "Let me make one thing perfectly clear: I am not a crook." There is only one juice gremlin in this house... I never touch her joose; only my own. ;)

This is some battle, I will be back tomorrow with my thoughts. These two are at the top of there game though, very happy vapor tonight :thumb:

Feeling like a "millionaire" tonight, huh? ;) I know the feeling. Not from those tanks, cuz I don't have 'em, but that perfect flavor and vapor is soooooo nice. :)

Well, my cow crisis is now no longer a crisis. My friend in Colorado came through and will be sending me those meds tomorrow, and while I was waiting to hear from her, ANOTHER friend (this one's in Idaho) told me she had a full box and was happy to send it on to me, so I took her up on her offer. That will be one box more than I need right at the moment, but judging by how hard this stuff is to get, I'll have an extra "backup" box, for just in case. Backups for my backups, you know. ;)

@Rixsta I made another small bottle of the blueberry custard juice, and instead of upping the blueberry, I decided to try adding a small bit (2%) of that FA Forest Fruit. That stuff smells AMAZING, and it will be interesting to see how it works with the blueberry jam. I wanted to make the blueberry yogurt, but all I have to mix in at the moment are some little 15ml squeezie bottles, and I want to make at least a 30ml bottle of that so it can sit and steep for a while. As soon as one of my other juice bottles is empty, I'll mix the yogurt one up. I still need to order more bottles, but with all the other stuff that's come up this month, I'm trying to take it easy on Rich's checkbook, ya know? So. It will wait. The flavors are here, I just need to free up a bottle, but that won't take long, with this evil juice gremlin about.

Now for a real belly-laugh... I remember last summer when I first got into DIYing, and I thought I only needed "a few" flavors! I had no idea what a MONSTER I would someday become! ROFL! I have so many now, I don't even know what I have anymore. FINDING the ones I need to make each recipe has become a time-consuming job! LOL!

Oh, and speaking of recipes, here's that peach one I was talking about. It's a knock-off of one of the "panty dropper" recipes, but I didn't like that name, so I call this Peach Knickerbocker. ;) (You know, like "knicker dropper" only "knickerBOCKER?" Well, anyway, that's what I thought of, and it stuck. You can make it with any fruit flavor, but I really like the peach version.)

10% Juicy Peach - CAP
8% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - CAP
3% Cake Batter - CAP
3% Marshmallow - CAP
1% Ethyl maltol

Now that I've tasted the V1 Vanilla Custard, I'm thinking this would be mighty good if the cake batter was replaced with the original vanilla custard. I think it would only make it better, and the next time I mix up a batch, I think I'll try that and see how it comes out. But the way I posted it is excellent, too! :D

Thanks Lannie, I will make some, I'm interested in that forest fruits too, guess I need to make another order tonight.
