I grew up with my parents listening to Buddy Holly, Elvis, and Neil Diamond, My sister listening to Glam Rock and Hair Bands, my brother listening to NWA and the Beastie Boys. I started playing Jazz and funk in middle school, started performing musical theater in High School, started going to raves in college. I had a late introduction to classic rock in college, one girlfriend was a big Led Zeppelin fan. I also have an unexplained affinity for the banjo and fiddle. So yeah, pretty much everything except chinese opera or most of what passes for rap now.
